I really loved this game. This is a very risky move for a game jam, not trying to find a sophisticated game mechanic and just banking on polish to deliver a story. It worked. For lovers of the genre, this is a delicious morsel of fun.
Genuinely laughed out loud multiple times. The art is doing so much heavy lifting in expressing the characters and their personalities. The audio delivers. The overall narrative is compelling.
Thanks!
This was incredible. Voice acting top notch. All the character portraits were really good. Writing was really cool. So much fun.
This was amazing. I did all the buckets! I was hooked from the start when I heard the voices, it deserves a sequel or something (please).
That's really cool!
Wow! well done on so many things!
Game was very intuitive, that art style was fun and creative, and the narrative really shined through. Nice game!
Art and narrative here are spectacular! Incredibly polished! :D
Sorry but the countdown is waaaay too short
This game is super well done. The art, narrative, and audio design are particularly standout! I wish I could do things out of order, like getting the hat before I learn why I need it because otherwise it was often hard to tell where I was actually meant to go next, especially if I had already clicked something for no response earlier. That's a small gripe though! This is super cool overall! Really great work!
This is the best name for a game, perhaps in history.
Got mad Disco Elysium vibes from this. But all contextualized in a child's understanding of mortality and the heat death of the universe, I really enjoyed this one, the story and art are great. Well done~
I think this is what Calvin and Hobbes: The Video Game would be. Very good. Stinker faces the wrong way when you walk, but other than that I had a very good time!
Oh, does anything happen if the timer reaches zero?
The sun explodes. Not necessarily in-game.
Loved it. When the timer came up in the top left I laughed out loud. The artwork is beautiful, the story is hilarious, and the game is just fun. Y'all did excellent.
such a cool game, the art is great, the dialogue is funny and its super creative!
This is one of the best games in the Jam that I have seen. Very well polished. I really like the clever link to the countdown with the sun. Seeing the massive countdown was really funny to me. I got stuck finding the posters for a few minutes, but other than that, it was really enjoyable!!!
This looks great, but just couldn't get it to work right on my PC. Sorry!
I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work! Could you tell me what browser you’re using?
Also, the downloadable version might work better if you really want to try it!
thank you so much for trying to play either way ❤️
No way you made Disco Elysium in such as charming setting! The story, the topics, music, voicing, graphics are incredible. You definitely know what are you doing and it's inspiring!
Amazing art and funny story. I like how the countdown is absurdly long. Great job!
That's really something! Such an unexpected take on the theme, but you executed it with so much creativity and it turned out fantastic! Really well done! GG!
Hillarious writing, great game, amazing audio and art. What's the biggest number I know? - that is the rating I'll give
Wow, that style is absolutely beautiful and the sounds are amazing! Maybe the countdown is a bit too short :D
I think this is my favourite game I've played of this jam so far! The writing is brilliant, it's so funny, the artwork is cute, and the concept for your goal is so clever!
