Great game with amazing visuals. It’s one of the few games in the jam that feels complete.
Really amazing visuals and gameplay! The environment and lighting is so cute and well done! I also love that you added a tutorial, its a time sink when it comes to development but oh man is it such a nice touch. One of my favorite games I've found so far, had me feeling like I was the bug equivalent of a fighter pilot at the end!

However I find the control very inuintive :( And the game was lagging a lot (and there is no windows build to download so I couldn't try)

The game is amazing, especially considering it was made in just a 4-day jam.
Even though it's quite short, the story is told very well and feels complete. (A little spoiler: thank goodness I was still with her at the end LOL.)
The sound, visuals, and gameplay are all really impressive. Even when playing it on the web, I didn't experience any lag or performance issues. Your optimization is truly excellent.

At first, I thought it was just a flight simulator.
But there was such a deep story hidden there.
Maybe you have a talent for creating interesting stories?
Narrative-wise, it's one of the best games on Jam.
I'm not a fan of the controls; too many buttons :) I'd like something simpler.
This bug has more action than me. I'm jealous.
Anyway, the game is so beautiful. You are really good at making a narrative game.

Best overall, well designed menu and sound, best title screen experience, felt premium, good narration and the world design is like so soothing, feels good be be in the one day experience.
Had few issues with the control at first, maybe not a fan of this controls, it felt like Avatar like banshee controls at first, but when got used to it it felt better.
The tutorial was a bit longer with every possible combo, i think it might have taken longer.
I loved the overall execution how the I got only got one day for everything, good emotiona attachment as well.

This is a beautiful piece of art and so meaningful! Really loved how the audio environment blended with the lovely environmental models with such a nice colour palette! I have to say that my poor mayfly mate was not very impressed by my flying (my mayfly was probably drunk on love), but at least I knew how to spam left-click like there's no tomorrow to get away from the bird! Also really nice touch with the animated page header! I can just let this game sit with the bgm playing, it's composed really well!
This game is BEAUTIFUL. The music on the "learn to fly" section was great, and the tutorial for learning to fly was very fun. The flight mechanics were very intuitive, and I felt like a Mayfly. I struggled to find love as all the other Mayflies were ignoring me :( but this game was SO beautiful. I'm so impressed by the art and polish put into this!
Cute! The short life of a mayfly was an inspired choice for this jam's theme.
I do think the experience might have been amplified if things were less gamified — personally, I'd rather have a loose segment of exploring the forest alongside another mayfly vs filling up a meter of 'love points'. However, the final segment where you're dodging the hawk's strikes and the flying fish was cinematic and a very impressive finish!

So sweet! This game felt like a nice break from some of the crazy I've found. The flight controls were very impressive for a jam, I enjoyed dashing around and dodging hazards. Well put together, and well done on completing the jam!
