It is something, and something very good, in the form of a ttrpg scenario. 

I’m at a loss. It did go ove rmy head when I read it and it became very clear when I read the second zine. But that’s nocht part of the jam, so what to do now? Didn’T help that I shrugged of a lot by not knowing the system and thinking “Must be something from that”.

It’s fascinating. It reminds me of my own submision on steroids. It makes total sense and I guess in the system its written for it works by all the questions asked?

I don’d think it would work that well in a more literal, crawl-centred system, you seem to made the right pick.

Overall I’m struggling with this, but not of something you wrote, but because of something I read. Unprepared, uneducated.

A fascinating peek into kaleidoscopic cosmic horror.

The Metaphor add-on is a great addition in helping to understand the science & thought process behind this though-provoking Incursion. It’s also very nice seeing more Trophy entries!

The layout is a bit visually busy, but perfectly emulates the style of hand-written lab notes. And while I never prepared live bacterial cultures, I do remember prepping slides when I interned in a neuro lab for 3 years, and this is a haunting role-reversal for me to consider lol. Good job!

I think you kept it clear but evocative the whole way through, and I like your use of highlighting and also the copy font you chose. I also learned something, which is one of the standards I apply when deciding if a game is good :).

H. pylori is one of those microorganism that has actually bothered me for years. Very interesting to see it in this perspective. 

This felt like a fever dream on all the right ways. 

The idea of breaking encounters down into Terrors and Temptations was very cool.

I actually figured out the Metaphor of being an invasive microorganism very quickly, but was glad that there was a companion piece to give me more information about the thought process.

I like how inventive this one is (it took me a moment to realize what's going on, then it was even more effective)! As a fellow Trophy incursion submitter I'm glad I've checked out your entry.

I haven’t played Trophy Dark before, but playing as a bacterial organism seems intriguing!

I've only played Trophy Dark once but I can imagine playing this with a growing sense of dread
