Very unique idea, I appreciate the limb independence challenge with keeping rhythm while moving around with arrow keys! Super cool how you got the notes with the spacebar rhythm to sound out such a cohesive tune, and appreciate the arrow visuals to show where to go

Oh this was fun! And I see it can be expanded much more, good job!

I really liked this take on the theme, it was such a unique little game! I thought the rhythm side of it was very interesting and I liked how it worked with the music :D

I love a unique, original take on the theme, and I love a good rhythm game!  Gorgeous artwork and a nice choice of color palette, too.  Interesting gameplay, and it was harder than I expected to move and maintain the rhythm at the same time, so there was a nice level of challenge.  Really cool game; nice work!

Very unique gameplay here, and a clever interpretation of the theme. The palette fits totally with the environment and the lore of the game and the music was amazing as well. Well done, amazing entry.

DEAR GOD 😭 This was the BEST game I have thus far in this jam, haad me drooling (No diddy) . VERY unique gameplay and the art is gorgeous! 10/10!

That last rhythm was super hard for me but also seemed more forgiving on timing than the first level phew.  Great job with this game, I had a lot of fun playing and found the idea really creatively implemented~ Felt polished and really scoped well for this jam as well!

I think this is the first rhythm game I have every played in any game jam, and it certainly did not disappoint.  When I first started, I was really confused as to what rhythm I was supposed to match and thought it was the little rat friend in the bottom right. Then I realized my tab got muted somehow... Then it was amazing! I was able to quickly collect all my sleeping friends and travel around with them.

I think the game was very on theme and had it baked into every part of it. It was also a very unique take on the theme, and I am always excited to see that. The gameplay was nice and engaging, but I am a bit of a rhythm boy (used to play drums in band) so maybe I'm biased. I liked the challenge of tracking along with the song while also navigating the world. The art was very good and added to the kind grim. weird and whimsical tone of the whole game. Overall, I was very impressed with this one. Well done! Thanks for making and sharing it :)

Grim & dark as a moonless night or something from the black forest despite minimal cute & charming art. Pretty cool and solid rythm gameplay, haunting music. Will leave you question what you do as the video game protagonist

When you have no rhythm, this game becomes a nightmare, and my adhd brain can't remember when a beat changes. Level 3 took me longer than I care to admit... anywho, the art is great and gives old Game Boy vibes in the towns. Just exploring the levels alone is very cool. Great entry

Super cool idea! Love the mix of rhythm and movement.

Wow, really great art and I love the choice to theme around a classic fairytale. Really impressed by some of the little touches as well, such as fading buildings in front of the character so you can always see where you are.

In terms of feedback, I kind of wish I didn't have to always be hitting spacebar on the beat at all times - maybe having to play it outside houses and then occasionally while wandering around - for instance maybe if the dogs barked to wake the kids up if you get too close so you need to toot your heart out haha.

Still though, really great work and I look forward to seeing the other levels!

Blown away by the art, just that alone is impressive in such a short jam. I couldn't seem to figure out how to walk and stay on the melody but I do love this concept and the mechanics at play here.

Such a unique take on the idea, and just absolutely gorgeous in about every way. The gameplay, the art, everything. Absolutely wonderful!

Great game, once I figured out how to move and stay on beat it was very fun. Very impressed with how you were able to make the enivornment feel so alive. I look forward to the 4th level.

That's exactly the point

Beautiful art and such a cool idea, but I think I am just bad at rhythm games. I could only get two kids to follow me and even that took a lot. But wow, it looks great!

Found myself dissapointed after finishing because I wish there was more. Love the concept, the story, and the artwork :)

This is my favourite game and very deserving of a full 5 stars. The gameplay execution is amazing and I was fully immersed into the game. Bravo!!

This was fantastic! A very unique take on the theme, smooth yet slightly challenging gameplay, WONDERFUL art and music. This was amazing. I sincerely hope you continue this after the jam because I'd love to see where you go with it ^^
