Wonderful artwork! The barks were also perfect, it's a very cute game with a fun gameloop. Really liked the eye timer but I was a bit confused as to how time passed because it seemed to jump at random.

My game seemed to freeze and turn teal/blue after the vine section, the colour pallette and art is great though theres such an interesting vibe to this one.

Fantastic art and a  fun concept. I did find the enemy logic a little unfair with the way they track you through shelves and are faster than you, but I did love the way the enemies/customers have a finger raised as if they're going to ask you an annoying question. Great depiction of customer service.

My people are thriving, great game!

Ha! The reveal that the time spent was in the cats head... Super cute game, wish there were a few more upgrade options so you could get strategic about what upgrades you pick but I had an excellent time here.

Snappy controls, great art and music. Felt great to play.

Great art and music, the meteor mechanic was great but I did struggle with the control on this game a bit. Moving around while jumping lagged a little which made it hard to time things. The level design and platforms felt very well spaced and intuitive, if the controls were adjusted a little this would make for a very addicting play.

I actually really enjoyed climbing walls in this game, theres something satisfying about the way you slide down.  I agree with the other that the level design could use some work but I liked the mechanics themselves quite a bit.

Art is simple but effective, especially the animation on the farmer face. Reading the other comments I see that it's not possible to beat, you might want to make a note of that on the game page because the framing does make it feel like the goal is to wake the farmer.

This was a crazy fun time. It goes at a breakneck pace I wish there was a bit of a pause at the beginning of the minigames for at least the first time you play them when you're figuring out the controls, but this was a lot of fun especially with the variety at play here.

I was hoping someone would a cthulhu take on the theme! Delighted that it's such a clean game, the art style and the game play loop really suit the cosmic horror genre.

Premise was very fun, I was following along with the art process on discord and was not disappointed by the look and feel of this game. The bit of visual snow is *chefs kiss* and the dancing ghosts are a fantastic touch. I did run into a bug where I could walk off the map by the house, and I found myself initially a bit confused when I found the earplugs and nothing happened (I did figure it out but I initially thought it was a bug before I remembered the house).  Overall fun game with an excellent atmosphere.

Only noticed it because I had those issues myself prepping for the jam! It's very easy to miss.

Really well made game and beautiful evocative art, the simple choice really worked for the kind of story you were telling. The one thing I'll mention for in the future when doing 1bit is that you have some half transparent artifacting throughout,  I'm guessing that happened through resizing images (the house picture on the wall is particularly smooth) and from using a rounded brush (if your brush is round then it will leave little half transparent pixels in the corners and in the thickest parts of lines).  Either way is is a beautiful and well made game, I hope you do more game jams because this is a great start!

I think a lot could be done with the concept of dreams as mini games, it's a great way of interpreting the theme. I ran into a bit of a glitch when trying to go through the door to the bedroom where it flickered and kept putting me back in the hallway,  I did manage to find a spot in the wall next to it that let me enter the bedroom.

Love the puzzle design, graphics and sound really suit this kind of game.

Blown away by the art, just that alone is impressive in such a short jam. I couldn't seem to figure out how to walk and stay on the melody but I do love this concept and the mechanics at play here.

The art and characters are so fun! Unfortunately I couldn't finish my play though because the game kept crashing, but I did really enjoy what I played.

I hope you reupload it! The art in the screen shots looks so good, I'd check it out outside of the jam.

The little bit of reflection in the dithering on the blocks is such a nice touch.

Congrats on uploading your first game! This is a solid one, I do wish there was more instructions either in game or on the itch page but it was pretty intuitive to  figure out.  Nice work on this, these puzzles are pretty satisfying to solve.

Stepping on blocks and having them make music is an inspired choice

Loved unlocking all the upgrades, it was very satisfying and was a nice was of staggering game progression.

Love the way the controls handled, did find that the stamina drop off was a bit steep I'd be at 30% then in the next second it would drop to zero. Had lots of fun with this one, it's rare that I enjoy a racing game as much as this.

Very simple but clean and well executed. The leg animation made me laugh, well done.

Excellent take on the theme. I loved the writing in this one, it really captured how the monotony of everyday life can wear down your spirit. I got ending 2, I also wish I had a bit of a better idea of what effects the ending you end up getting but overall a solid game. I do enjoy a good horror point-and-click visual novel, this hits me right in my nostalgia.

Nice interpretation of the theme, it’s really clever to use sleep as a resource in this kind of game. I didn’t really end up using guard all that much, I’m not entirely sure what it does they different abilities were a little hard to figure out. I had fun with this though, I especially like the art.

Beautiful art, well chosen colour palette and clever use of dithering. I found managing the flashlight towards the end a bit difficult while having to dodge all the shooters,  but I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Very polished and clean entry. The Ui is great, everything feels very responsive. The art and the music perfectly suit the atmosphere you're building, this game really is difficult in the way a lot of distractions when driving is difficult.  I did find myself wishing there was a little bit more of a ramp up when it comes to difficulty just to get used to the controls, but that could be a skill issue on my part.  Stellar entry, this is a well designed game.

Thank you so much, this comment made my day! That is exactly what we were aiming to achieve with this game, I'm so glad it came across to you.

Super fun concept, I got stuck on level 5 but I had a lot of fun with levels 1-4. The possession mechanic makes for interesting puzzles, I'd love to see it expanded on.

Gameplay felt really good, I was not expecting the floating head at all which made it super fun. The art is fantastic although the colour palette is a bit hard on the eyes for the orange and blue level, maybe if the blue was slightly deeper. I'm not sure about the connection to the theme but this is a very fun and polished game, well done!  (I especially love all encouraging notes sprinkled through the levels)

Fun concept of deciding what he dreams! I too also found that the sheep mini game felt a little slow, would have been interesting if there was a reaction time element to it like having to hit the spacebar at the right time to make the sheep jump.

I wish I could give you another rating for story, because I think that's the shining star of this game.

Game play was interesting, a little unresponsive but a fun mechanic. The atmosphere is excellent.

Great job, this was a fun play.

I like the gameplay mechanic of your ghost being able to move objects while tethered to you, it's a fun mechanic. I wasn't sure how to progress after putting the block on the floor button, after passing through the door I couldn't jump high enough to platform further.

I saw you post assets in the discord during the week and I'm excited I got to play it! I love this zine art style.

Very fun idea for the theme,  terrifying to have a spider land on your head when you're trying to sleep. The player character is stronger than me, I wouldn't be able to sleep for days.

The animations for the dragon are beautiful, and I love the way that the lair upgrades as you do well. I agree with other's feedback that this would make a good rhythm game, it's so close to being that.

Hard to believe this was done by one person, well done! (also thank you for the flashing light warning, late game its very needed)

The visuals were a real stand out for me, you used the different colour palettes really effectively to change mood, the platforming also felt very fluid and intuitive.

I love the graphics, I was just a bit confused about the controls. You might want to include them on the game page so players don't have to figure them out through trial and error. Over all this visually looks great as a first game, an achievement to be sure.
