We have a rhythm game with different layers of music! There are 4 beasties who have unique rhythm tracks for synth, drums, bass, and vocals! :D

This is so so impressive! The visuals are incredible, love the beasties animations they are so expressive and cute. The perspective for the rhythm game took some getting used to but it is very fun! Would like to have some more audio feedback for when you hit a note correctly. This could do so well as a full game with more original music!
Omg this game turned out amazing! All the animations together look sooo cool and there's even a whole tutorial! Amazing fr! Congrats on all the awesome animations you pulled off and on making such a cool finished game! The music and gameplay were very catchy, tho I too struggled with the beats xD
Thank you so much! Yes the beats are messed up, it’s a known bug. :) A fix is ready as soon as the post-jam period is over!
Super fun! I'm not great at face paced songs like this, so I was murdering the beasties real quick :') I think its funny when they float up into the stratosphere when there's a break in the notes XD You already mentioned this might be known issue, but it feels like I'm not pressing the notes in time with the music and its also not clear where exactly is the hit area is. I assumed it was the middle of the colored area, but it looks like its actually right where the color starts. The animations are really well done too <3

Great game ! I am really bad at music games, never managed to win them, and yours is no exception, but I have to say I enjoyed it a lot ! It is adorable and the audio is great. You did an amazing job and I love those characters so much.
No worries! There is a bug with the notes / timing - so it’s not you! :D I have a fix and people have already been playtesting with MUCH better results, lol :) Sorry about that!

i really liked the beasties switch idea but i think the countdown ended up breaking a bit of the game rhythm, i would love to have some faster 1 2 3 switching so i dont lose my pace between beasties, but an amazing work i lost someee time having fun with it
Curious to try again with the difficulty patch. The perspective made it a bit challenging at first too, I didn't quite realize what was going on at first; so, having a more step-through tutorial for the practice in the next version would be helpful. I was hoping to get more feedback from the color of the tracks themselves when I was doing well, like they'd be the combo meter vs. an equalizer.

My only playtesting note is that it would be nice if the practice version had the notes come down the track a lot slower. Though that might be a skill issue on my part haha
They are definitely supposed to! This will be fixed in the next patch. :)
This looks amazing! The beasties animations are fantastic, and high quality of the visuals game overall. When am I supposed to switch beastie, I didn't fully understand? :)

Was looking forward to this from the server! I may be bad at rhythm games but this was a lot of fun! I love the touches of the cute cat characters ehich makes pressing the keys more engaging. Great job :)

I love the visuals, took me a while to get the hang of but after a while I was able to decently master it. Great job!
Awesome! It is quite difficult, but rewards practice and repetition. The art is immaculate, no surprise, and the game feels rock solid. Super cool take on the theme, and good choices for the music!

It was great, amazing graphics and great music, but the game is really hard.
That is a bug in how the notes spawn! I have since fixed this small issue and it is a -LOT- better. I hope you will give it another try after the voting period ends! <3
Really love the visual style. It's a hard game, but after some practice it gets a bit better. Great work overall, really loved it!
