It was nice to see a narrative choice based game in the jam and the scenes were beautiful.

I like how fuel and oxygen are both part of the decision-making, and how they decrease throughout the mission. It’s a good concept! I was about to lose the game, but the last decision was critical for me to finish successfully. Good entry!
Interesting gameplay, a combination of luck, decitions and resources, nice gameplay, i think the choices and luck are well implemented.
The music amazing and the sound effect very well implemented, maybe add later some effects or extra details to give more life to the journey.
Very good entry , i enjoy it playing it
Gameplay 3/5 - It's reminiscent of games like Reigns which is cool. The varied situations were interesting but it felt like there wasn't any downside to making unethical choices to gain fuel/O2, and being the "good guy" only ever lost me resources. Maybe I'm just unlucky?
Creativity 2/5 - Nothing wildly original but it was well done.
Art Style 4/5 - The background and planets looked good, and the ending scene with the star was great. The portraits at the beginning seemed a bit off though, like the style didn't quite match the rest of the game.
Audio 4/5 - The music and sound effects were very good.
Theme 4/5 - It fit the theme pretty well, but I would have like to see a bit more interaction with the stars themselves.
Overall a very nice game!
🚀🌌 YOOO, THIS ONE HAS A REALLY COOL SPACE-ADVENTURE VIBE!
I really liked the pilot choices + random space encounters. It gives the game that little “what’s going to happen next?” feeling, and the art + atmosphere + music work together really well. 🎧✨
I think the biggest thing to improve is making the gameplay rules clearer. At times I wasn’t completely sure why I was winning/losing encounters or how much each choice was costing. A little more feedback and clearer resource costs would make the decisions feel much more meaningful.
Also, adding a bit more story and personal events around the crew/pilots could make the journey feel more memorable instead of just a series of random encounters.
Still, really cool concept for a jam game, especially with only 24 hours! 👏
⭐ Great work and congratulations on the jam submission!
And if you have some time, please try my game too and leave me a review! 🙏❤️ I’d really appreciate your feedback.
GG! 🚀🌟
The game is quite fun, the atmosphere works really well, and the audio does a great job of helping with immersion.
I think there may be some UI bugs. I have the impression that the panels containing the questions are hidden, while the buttons remain clickable. After clicking them, and hearing a beep for the first time, I started seeing the prompts and the “results” overlapping each other.
The core idea is nice. I think the game could benefit a lot from focusing more on the story (maybe with some “hints to discover”) and less on “X random events”!
Your game gave me a bit of FTL vibes! That's good!
Gameplay. While it's nice to be reminded of FTL, your game could give more feedback to the player. After I chose the class for example. Did it add more options for events ? I think so- I chose engineer, and my options felt technical, but I'm not 100% sure :)
Creativity. It would be nice if you added a bit more to the gameplay. Some personal touch, something that would turn heads a bit.
Audio + Graphics. They fit the atmosphere and are readable, so that's good. It may be nitpicking on my part, but I'd prefer if the ship flight and event illustrations had more similar style.
Theme. More "star" less "gazing" :) Just kidding, I get your interpretation of the theme. It would be cool, if you incorporated the stars into the gameplay more (maybe as a navigation tool).
I really enjoyed the game, and the art is just WOW! I liked it a lot. The gameplay could be improved a bit, but overall, it’s a really good game. And a big thanks to whoever made the music — it’s really cool!
That's a very cool concept for a game, and I definitely enjoyed the vibe and the ambient background music. It also fits the jam theme really well. Graphically, it looks cool and consistent.
On the downside, I didn't quite understand how I was winning or losing missions. Sometimes I clicked the mouse, sometimes I didn't, and I wasn't sure what effect my actions had on the success of a given mission.
So to sum up, a big plus for the graphics and music. A minus for the explanation of the gameplay rules :)
Thanks so much for the feedback! Missions have a chance of failure (the orange bar) and you're randomly going above or below that bar. I guess I was thinking like a roll of the dice but I see how that's not obvious. I also realize that not everyone is staring at the fuel and oxygen like I was so I think some floating text above the ship after a mission result would make that more clear. Thanks for the ideas!
