I didn't make it through ALL the levels, but I made it through quite a few of them!

I had the same problem others have mentioned, with Jump sometimes failing to register. That’s a big deal!

Another thing you might want to repair is concurrent sound effects. When multiple enemies fire their guns at the same time, seems the sound plays for each and they reinforce.

But still, I had a lot of fun playing thru this. Good work!

The level progression was really well done, and the game has a lot of potential! I did run into some control issues, though, they felt unresponsive at times. Occasionally, my inputs wouldn't register, as if I had to release all other keys and press just one for the action (like jumping) to work. Congrats on completing the project!

Even with the primitive graphics, it was perfectly clear what you were supposed to do in the game. The level design was excellent!

Still, I'd kill for better jumping mechanics :D

A bit basic visually, but you can really tell how much effort went into making all those levels work! Landing on top of enemies’ heads was a funny little detail. Nice job putting this together!

I really like how the complexity slowly ramps up. And the way low resolution is well utilized, giving the game Atari vibes. It starts deceptively simple, then it evolves to a very authentic platformer. I am impressed! :)

I liked how you added mechanics throughout the game, it kept things fresh. On occasion jumps wouldn't register, which could be frustrating because it'd often lead to my death, but it wasn't enough to keep me from finishing. Nice work!

Very simple graphics ... let's say: reduced to the max =)

But I really like the level design and the different challenges. And there are a LOT of levels for a game jam. Well done!

Took me a while to figure out that, sometimes, you have to sacrifice *something* to progress. An interesting gameplay design.

What about improving the controller a bit? The jump is not 100% reliable on my machine. And it was most of the time fatal =)

Had a lot of fun with it! Congrats on your submission.
