I normally see this type of game done in jams but usually the story or responses are so difficult to decipher that it's impossible to play but I must say this version was actually very well done! Good work!

I quite like 'choices matter'-style story driven games, so this was a nice change of pace. The audio choices were reasonable as well. The music choice was a bit unusual, and the sfx were a bit loud at times, but generally it was fine. The graphics were great, and the writing worked well, with only one error I noticed. It is interesting that the game seems to have a continuous plot line between story beats, does sort of make me wish they were presented in an ordered manner though.

I had to come see this. Its very odd that we came up with such similar ideas haha. yet the styles are distinct enough. Kudos to you because now i know how hard it is making a text game.

Man, there's a huge amount of dialogue and the concept is interesting. I'd just say that polishing the UI and adding more sound variations for the same sound effects would make the whole experience more satisfying, but for what it aims to be, there's plenty of content.

I agree with the other comments, the text is a bit too small and I think there is a bit too much on the screen at one time. Really cool idea though, nice job!

the king constantly changing things around fits the theme pretty directly
i do agree with some of the comments though, there's a lot of text coming at you and it can get hard to follow what's actually important

I agree with every comments. The goal was to make the text more confusing, but I made the text itself too big and because of this it is difficult to read and understand in small buttons.
It's a great game, except that the person on the cover looks like Jesus :D I hope you'll check out my game, too.

I love the idea ! It's too bad you coudn't quite hit it with the graphics, you could have benefited from an artist on this one.
If I had one advice it would be to slice your text more : too much words at once create a visual overload and makes it harder to read.

Great job getting it out there! My biggest struggle was simply the text size/amount of text. I will say I found the cover image hilarious 😄

I see the vision behind, the idea is good, but the execution is rough. There is too much text, it should be much shorter, or if you want to keep that length of text it needs more visual stimulation. The audio is nicely done.
