Really cool game. I like it.
Done cool game, please bro rate my game too
The game is really well made for a short period jam, I can't even believe it has a seed setting so you can replay your run and find the best seed. A clever take on the jam and good execution. The only problems is that it might be hard at the beginning tho, maybe a turotorial where you slowly introduce every system would help
Thank you!! I’m really glad you noticed the seed system — I wanted players to be able to replay the exact same disaster and see if different decisions could keep the city alive longer.
And yeah, the tutorial/onboarding is definitely the biggest thing I’d improve. I think introducing the systems one at a time before letting everything start collapsing would make the learning curve much nicer. Thanks for playing, and giving the actionable feedback!
Very cool game, nice design but feels very overwhelming when you first join. Maybe start with 1 system, tell you how to fix it and then add more.
Thanks! I’m definitely seeing a pattern with the initial overwhelm lol. I really like the idea of starting the player with one system, teaching them how to stabilize it, and then gradually bringing the others online. That would probably fit the game really well too, since eventually everything becomes interconnected. Appreciate the feedback!
Clever game, nice spin on the theme!
Thank you! I had a lot of fun taking “Tipping Point” pretty literally and turning it into interconnected systems that can push each other over the edge. Glad you enjoyed it!
Half the time I didn't know what I was doing but in a good way, I felt smart! Really cool game, keep up the great work!
Haha honestly, “I didn’t know what I was doing but I felt smart” — can I quote you on that if this ever makes it to Steam? 😂 It might be one of my favorite descriptions of the game.
That was actually pretty close to what I was going for: trying to read the situation, make the best decision you can, and somehow hold everything together while it slowly falls apart… aka reaching the tipping point.
Thanks for playing!
Of course! Feel free to quote me. I think the game has a lot of room to grow into something much bigger, and I’d love to play it whenever it makes it to Steam!
I felt like Tony Stark—there are so many buttons. In my opinion, the interface is a bit cluttered; I actually spent a few minutes figuring out what each button did.
😂 The Tony Stark comparison got Emily and me. There are absolutely a lot of buttons. I wanted the control-room feeling, but I think I pushed it a little too far without enough onboarding. If I keep developing it, I’d probably introduce the controls gradually and simplify some of the UI hierarchy so you know what actually needs your attention. Thanks for sticking with it and figuring everything out!
