Yes player has Instabilis syndrome. Instabilis is Latin for Unstable.

An interesting and atmospheric game, but I didn't understand how the jam theme was revealed.

I took a different approach to the theme.

Player “Henry” is stricken with Instabilis syndrome, it’s Latin for Unstable.

Player is in unstable condition of mind.

So he sees stuff that aren’t what they are.

for example,

he sees a cupboard instead of toilet
Sees an Elevator out of nowhere in backwoods.

He sees a creature doll and it suddenly disappears when he approaches it.

A computer with just monitor with code.

And clue is Curing Instabilis since 1992 etc 🙂

The graphics really fit the mysterious atmosphere and the sound design is a cherry on top. The game feels like some kind of grim delirium, like in between life and death, yet not knowing about it. Really spooky and I loved it

What a beautiful and polished game! The movement feels so smooth, and the atmosphere is so distinctive. Even the creature feels like it truly belongs in this world. I just found the wolf at the top of the peak really funny, it stands out so much from everything else with all its polygons xd

This game is very metaphorical as the main boss is a Labubu and the mechanics in the game focusing on collecting items. This game reflects on capitalism and society at large as collection trends cause people to become unstable and travel different locations in search of Labubus and other collectables. I did like the room in  the middle of the game and how navigating sales and prices of collectables is like travelling through tunnels and narrow corridors until you find the right key (or price in this metaphor) to escape the shop. The shop even misleads customers by disguising unwanted items (like toilets) as more valuable items. I sympathize with the main character as my head also hurts when exiting these shops.

In all seriousness I really liked the atmosphere and the art behind this game. Great job :)

Really liked the atmosphere! The PSX-style visuals, sound, and overall mood work really well for the horror setting. I did manage to get myself stuck on my first try though. I ran from the grave over to the barrels and tried going under the beam, but then couldn't jump or find a way back out. Luckily it wasn't very far into the game! Didn't expect the toilett lol. Overall, really nice atmosphere and a cool take on the theme.
