I really liked having the instructions written on the wall as you moved along the platform. I was using keyboard-only, and I found that using the arrow keys to move instead of WASD made navigation much easier (only WASD is listed in the controls on your game page, and at first I found it clunky to use that for nav and also use Q/E for attack/dash before I realized the arrows also worked). I don't see a strong tie to the theme, though.

Great idea! I liked how it was quick and to the point - meet a teammate, beat the boss, they betray you!

I do think the final boss was a little bit like a sponge without much change in behavior.

Either way, great work and I hope you had fun bringing your game to life!

Nice game.  I liked the visuals and it was well animated.  I appreciated the little friend and was suprised at the end.  Is it possible to actually beat him?  I feel like I was fighting for 5min before I gave up.  

A fun experience!

Two small problems: the giant crab started attacking me while the shark was still speaking. And once I had defeated the shark, I was trapped to the left of him and couldn't jump over him. But I imagine that's the end, anyway?
