How does the game fit the theme?
The doors of the dungeon will tell you what's behind other doors, but they might not tell the truth every time. One color always lies, one never does, and the rest follow patterns you have to work out for yourself. To top it off, you can't even trust what you've learned during your previous run!
Use your wits and deduce which doors tell truths, hide treasures, and try to trick you into fighting dangerous foes.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Most sound effects, Nathan Hoad's Dialogue Manager 4, and fonts.
Everything else (art, music, code) was hand-made by the team!

A very creative game that fits the theme perfectly! The attention to detail is excellent, and I especially love the atmosphere and the feeling of exploring the dungeon. I just wish there were more puzzles—I’d definitely love to play more!
Combat felt a bit slow for me but love the lying doors and the visuals of the game.
I love how the fake door sounds give away the illusion, it’s such a small detail but it really sells the game’s theme.
Very interesting idea! The tutorial went quite quick, and I wasn't quite able to read some of the abilities, which was a little sad since you put effort to make a tutorial level. Had fun regardless!
The combat is so incredibly well thought out and elaborate. I love how many options I have to fight with, and the parry system makes it challenging in a very fun way! I love the animations, VFX and SFX as well, makes it feel super responsive!
Such a great submission! The combat is fun, art style is pleasing to the eye, it's cool there are several attacks and different game mods, feels really well-made overall.
I'm surprised how advanced the combat system is, nicely done! Game is also aesthetically pleasing
This is a fun and addictive game! Love the combat, and the animation, art and sound are great, too-especially for only a week of development! The thing I like the most is that it's not just fighting enemies. It uses logic, reason and intuition to choose the doors. It's added to my favorites!
great game It is so nice physics, art and animation, everything is very smooth - good job
The combat physics are great, and I can really see theres some thought put into them. The way you shoot and your character is propelled backwards shows a deep understanding of how small additions to mechanics can cause skill-based innovation in the player base.
I love the combat it feels super good, sometimes dialog stacks ontop of eachother at the end boss scene, very nice graphics it's awesome! ₍₍⚞(˶˃ ꒳ ˂˶)⚟⁾⁾
