How does the game fit the theme?
I’d say it’s a bit of a poetic look at the topic, but the theme of (not) trusting is in the story itself and in the gameplay, which resembles how our memories work and whether we can trust them, and to what extent.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Very unique experience. At first I was kinda confused about what I had to do, but then the letter came up and everything just clicked. Definitely teared up a bit when playing.
Awesome submission.
I'm glad the letter helped :) Thanks for playing!
Nice submission! It feels so polished.
It's honestly not my kind of game but still, it was enjoyable. The graphics are nice and the gameplay is innovative.
I like what you did with the jam theme!
Overall, very nice entry!!
If you have some free time, I'd love it if you could check out my game too :D
Thanks for playing!
The concept and art are so unique and really captivating!
The most original entry I've seen so far, I really don't have much to say except that I think this game is fantastic. I was completely entranced by the narrative, the exploring of words starts a bit confusing but you eventually get the hang of it, and the decision to forgive or not forgive the different characters the protagonist life gives it a very personal touch
Congratulations, you made something really special
Thanks for playing! Yeah, I also like the forgiving part, even though I feel that maybe there's not enough space/time in the game to build enough sympathy and connection to characters so it really feels deep
Such a unique and cool concept! I really like how well it depicts a messy mind remembering and coming to terms with things. The atmosphere is perfect too.
The saved term feature is great but it would also be nice to have a regular notepad or a family tree to play around with :o
Family tree is a great idea! As for the notepad, I was thinking about that but didn't have enough time to implement it :) I'm glad you enjoyed!
