Hey sobrino! I wanted to use your comment to share my thoughts on something.
A lot of AVN players are understandably skeptical when they see a 0.1. I get it. Why spend time on something that might never continue or could end up abandoned later?
That’s a fair point, but at the same time, I think that kind of mindset can also kill a lot of projects that might have had real potential.
I’m not really saying this because of my own game, because like I’ve said before, I’m going to keep developing TheChronos with or without support. I’m doing this because I genuinely enjoy creating it, not because anyone is forcing me to.
But I do think that if a game already caught your attention enough for you to check it out, it’s worth giving it a chance. Even just playing it and leaving some feedback afterward can mean a lot more to a developer than people realize.
Support doesn’t always have to be financial. Sometimes a simple comment, a suggestion, or just telling the developer what you liked can genuinely motivate them to keep going.
And honestly, even though TheChronos is only at 0.1 right now, it already has about as much content as several updates from a lot of other AVNs out there. Of course, how long it actually feels depends a lot on the type of player you are and how you play.
Anyway, that’s all I wanted to say. Thanks for being interested in the game, and sorry for using your comment as the example for this little rant, sobrino! ❤️
