Love this; particularly on the polish done for the graphics and sound department! The transitions, even to little details like bubbles expanding while it's rising. Good job to the team!

I have to say the color palette is amazing. At first I thought its more than 4 colors but then I looked closer and was surprised. Well done!

The presentation is top notch. Art, music and even screen transitions are incredible.
It took me a few tries to understand the gameplay and what I was doing. But once I'd worked it out, it's pretty fun!

The art and the idea is great however the progression is super difficult I played for a long time having only garbage, when I bought my first bait and my first rod the game became impossible, there must be something I didn't understand x)
Thank you so much for playing! I'm sorry that the progression felt too difficult! We wanted to make it so that in the beginning it takes a little bit of time collecting some money and then it starts to get easier as you go. When the fish turns around and you hear the audio cue that means it is fighting again you and if you continue to crank it will snap your line. Thank you again for playing and for the feedback! I want to make another fishing game in the future and this definitely helps :D
Although i didn't play much of it, this was a quite fun take on a fishing game! i don't really understand why split the upgrades in basically 2 but ye :)

Insanely good take on the water loading screen and wiggly underwater gradient! Has to be the best part of the game for me. I adore the colors and the Gold Fishin' splash art. Could very well see myself playing this in the back seat while roadtripping as a kid. Congrats on a great entry
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the wiggly underwater effect (I achieved it by using Juice FX which is a great tool for creating 2d effects!) I also very much enjoyed the wiggle~
Great color palette and pixel work, I liked the art over all. That being said, there's some things going on graphically that looked much more SNES than GameBoy and the voice samples kinda broke my handheld emersion.
Music was good and I'm looking forward to going back for some bigger fish after I rate some other games.
