I am interested in buying an indie game project (source code + rights).

Hello!

I'm looking to purchase an indie game or a nearly completed project that I can continue developing.

I'm interested in:

  • 2D or 3D games
  • Complete or nearly complete projects
  • Abandoned or unfinished projects are welcome
  • Games made in any engine (Godot, Unity, Unreal, etc.)

What I'm looking for:

  • Full source code
  • Project files
  • Game assets (art, animations, sounds, if possible)
  • Preferably exclusive rights or a full project transfer (negotiable)

My goal is to continue development, improve the game, and potentially release it commercially in the future.

If you have a project you no longer wish to continue, I'd love to take a look. Please send me:

  • A short description
  • Screenshots or a gameplay video
  • The engine used
  • Your asking price

Budget: Negotiable depending on the quality and stage of the project.

Feel free to contact me. Thank you!

Hi!

I might be interested in selling the project (including the source code and IP) if the offer is right.

However, if possible, I'd also be interested in staying on the project as the Game Designer / Creative Director. I've spent a long time designing the mechanics, progression, world, and overall vision, and I'd be happy to continue contributing if that's something you'd be interested in.

If not, I'd still be open to discussing a full acquisition.

Olá!

Obrigado pela sua resposta!

Tenho muito interesse em saber mais sobre o projeto antes de discutirmos o preço.

Poderia me informar:

* Qual engine foi usada para o jogo?

* Qual o nível de conclusão aproximado do projeto?

* A venda inclui o código-fonte completo e todos os recursos?

* Há algum recurso ou licença de terceiros que não esteja incluído?

* Você tem um vídeo de gameplay ou uma demo jogável?

Agradeço sua oferta para continuar como Game Designer/Diretor Criativo. Gostaria de saber mais sobre o projeto primeiro, e então poderemos discutir a melhor forma de prosseguir.

Aguardo seu retorno!

Hi!

Sure!

  • Engine: Unity.
  • Project status: It's currently a prototype that demonstrates the overall vision of the game. It includes two playable battles and several core gameplay mechanics.
  • What's included: I can provide the complete Unity project, including the full source code.
  • Third-party assets/licenses: No, I haven't used any third-party assets. The prototype currently uses temporary AI-generated artwork as placeholder visuals, so those would likely be replaced in a commercial version.
  • Gameplay video/demo: Yes, I have a gameplay video of the prototype that I can share.

If you'd like, I can also send you the gameplay video first so you can get a better idea of the project before we discuss anything further.

Hie bro i am selling mine i have games actually lets talk on WhatsApp my contact details is +263 718315464

estou aberto a negociaçaoes pode me paassar um forma de contato seu para que eu entre em contato!

Hi cleber330,

I came across your post and thought Matriord might be a good fit for what you're looking for.

Matriord is a completed Unity word game built around a unique mind-reading gameplay mechanic. Players secretly think of a word without typing it and reveal it through simple row selections, allowing the game to progressively reconstruct the chosen word. It also includes a second game mode, Letter Hunt, a fast-paced timed word-finding challenge that adds replayability.

I'm selling the project because I don't have the budget to properly market and scale it, and I'm now focusing on other projects. I believe it would be a better fit for someone who can continue developing and commercially release it.

The acquisition includes:

  • Complete Unity source code
  • Full intellectual property (IP) ownership
  • Android build
  • iOS build
  • WebGL/browser build
  • MindGuess mode
  • Letter Hunt mode
  • Unity Ads (Rewarded) integration
  • AdMob Banner integration (mobile)
  • Complete game assets (sprites, UI, icons, audio, fonts, animations, etc.)
  • Project files and scenes
  • Documentation
  • Build-ready project
  • Post-acquisition support if needed

The project can be released as-is, expanded with additional content and features, or used as a high-quality Unity word game template.

Playable WebGL Demo:
https://matriord.github.io/Matriord/

Gameplay Video:
https://youtu.be/mOKVjUCrtuw

Rather than setting a fixed asking price immediately, could you let me know the acquisition range you would typically consider for a completed project like this? If our expectations are reasonably aligned, I'd be happy to discuss the details further.

You can reply here or contact me directly at matriord@proton.me

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

UPDATE — asking price has been reduced to US$14,900 for a clean outright transfer. SPARKSHOT is still available. Full Unity/C# project/source + SPARKSHOT-specific IP are included subject to diligence. Playable demo remains: https://emiropz28.itch.io/sparkshot

Hi Cleber,

I believe SPARKSHOT may be a strong fit for what you are looking to acquire.

SPARKSHOT is a playable Unity precision-traversal game built around a distinctive movement loop:

ORBIT → AIM → LAUNCH → CAPTURE

Instead of conventional character movement, players use planetary orbit, trajectory and momentum to chain launches across increasingly difficult cosmic routes.

Current project status

  • Engine: Unity / C#
  • Playable Windows build
  • Working Android build
  • 20 + 6 current Odyssey levels
  • Galaxy 1 playable end-to-end
  • Galaxy 2 playable through Level 06
  • Save and progression systems
  • Level routing
  • UI / loading systems
  • Reusable planet, hazard and traversal mechanics
  • Editor and build tooling

What I am offering I am looking for an intended full-project / full-IP transfer, including the Unity source project, gameplay systems, scenes, prefabs, current level content, game/design documentation, characters, world and broader SPARKSHOT IP direction, subject to due diligence and definitive transfer documentation.

The broader vision also includes a five-galaxy Odyssey campaign, SparksRoom progression/customization, an Endless mastery mode and Nexus, a planned creator ecosystem where players could eventually build and share their own levels and complete galaxies.

Important disclosure: the current visible 3D models are Meshy AI-generated prototype/placeholder artwork. They are not intended to be the final commercial art direction, so a buyer should plan a professional art rebuild. Exact asset and contributor rights would be documented during due diligence.

Playable demo:
https://emiropz28.itch.io/sparkshot

Asking price: $29,900 USD, open to serious negotiation depending on the final acquisition scope and terms.

I also have a full acquisition deck, one-pager and additional project material available.

If the gameplay interests you after trying the demo, I’d be happy to discuss the project directly and answer technical or acquisition questions. You can reply here with your preferred contact method and I’ll reach out.

Thanks.

Hi, I saw that you're looking to purchase unfinished indie game projects.

I have a 3D horror game called Echoes of the Light, currently being developed in Unity. The project is approximately 40–60% complete and already has a significant amount of the gameplay and environment built.

I'm considering selling the complete project so someone else can continue development and release it.

The sale could include the complete Unity project/source code, existing game content and the rights that I own and am able to transfer.

I can send you gameplay footage, screenshots and more information about what's currently implemented if you're interested.

I'm open to discussing a price depending on exactly what you'd want included.

Would you be interested in taking a look?

Hi there!

I saw your post and thought my project might be a good fit for what you’re looking for.

I’ve been developing a 3D game over the last two months, and it has now reached a stage where my current experience makes it difficult for me to fully complete and release it. I would estimate the project to be around 75–80% complete.

The project currently includes:

  • A complete and functional gameplay loop
  • UI/UX
  • Ambient music and sound effects for the main interactions
  • An original visual/design concept created by me
  • 3D gameplay
  • An infinite/procedural gameplay system

The game is a 3D infinite runner with its own personality, focused on reflexes, timing and attention. While it still needs some work before being fully release-ready, the core game is already functional and playable.

I can provide gameplay footage and screenshots if you’d like to take a look at the project.

If you’re interested, I’m open to discussing the project further and negotiating a price.

Thank you!

Cheers! I'd prefer to discuss stuff privatly, becouse dont want to spoil too much of it if you want to make it... But I have a game (Visual Novel) with 1 route made and available, but also 30+ GB of assets, like translation, script, voiceover...Ect... Would be happy to finish its done to the end. Sadly, my resources aren't enough to do it myself, so... I can pass this stuff to you. Those assets (+raw eng translation of whole 20+ routes, script, and scenario....) are still on me, and nobody saw them.
The game you can see Here (though it's more like a demo with 3 hrs and 1 route).
As for the price... It's not much, but I prefer to talk on Discord (paranoidd_androidd) about it or email. Also will need a way to transfer those 30 gb's to you; I have 0 clouds that big... And if you are interested, I'd be happy if you save me in titles as the gamedevloper\scenarst\artis ect... But we can talk about it. Oh, engine? It's made with Ren'Py. The main language up there is Russian, but English is in that assets pack in a separate folder; you just need to implement it in code and some textures. I'l be happy to fill you in on the mechanics if you would need it. It's a big topic...

Hi,

I saw that you're specifically looking to buy unfinished indie projects with source code and rights, so MAGNETEERS might be relevant.

It's a Unity 6 / C# playable technical prototype for a 2–4 player co-op heist game based on physics and magnetic mechanics.

The project includes the full Unity repository/source code, FishNet multiplayer foundations, third-person movement/camera, Attract / Hold / Throw, Repel, Brace, Strain/Redline, Catch/Recovery, artifact condition/value/extraction systems, guards/security foundations, contract/run/progression systems, automated EditMode/PlayMode tests, Windows build tooling and extensive technical/game-design documentation.

To be fully transparent: it is still a prototype, not a release-ready game. Production art/audio are not complete, Steam lobby/invite is not implemented yet, and some presentation assets are placeholders or reference-only.

I'm offering a full acquisition of the project and all MAGNETEERS IP rights that we own and are able to transfer.

Asking price: €750, negotiable for a fast acquisition.

If you're interested, I can send you the technical overview and gameplay/build material privately.

Hi, I have a published mobile game that may fit what you're looking for.

E-Commerce Simulator is currently live on both Android and iOS:

Google Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.talyagames.ecommercesimulator

App Store:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/e-commerce-simulator/id6808917646

Gameplay / Trailer:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8dcdRs3KNk

The game has been publicly available for only 23 days and has already generated:

  • 3,000+ downloads
  • 5 IAP purchases
  • 36,000+ ad requests
  • 10,000+ ad impressions

I am considering selling the entire project, including the full source code and the rights to the original game/IP.

The project is actively developed and structured in a way that makes further development relatively accessible. Someone familiar with Unity, or even someone using modern AI-assisted / vibe-coding workflows, should be able to continue adding features, fixing issues, and expanding the game.

Regarding the 3D content, some assets were created/customized in Blender, while some come from licensed Unity Asset Store packages. Naturally, any third-party assets would need to be handled according to their respective license terms.

The game already includes the foundations for monetization through both in-app purchases and advertising, and there is still significant room to expand the gameplay, automation systems, staff mechanics, open-world elements, additional products, and progression.

If you're interested, I can share more detailed information about the project, analytics, monetization, technical structure, and what exactly would be included in the acquisition.

Feel free to DM me.

Hi, I saw your post about buying indie game projects. I have two Windows PC games I’m considering selling:

• Harare City of Ambition — a Unity open-world game set in a Harare-inspired city, with driving, careers, vendors, police and other city systems. • Zuva Marble Quest — an arcade marble-shooter game.

I’m interested in discussing a full project sale, including the source files and the rights I’m able to transfer. I can share gameplay footage and project details for you to review. Would you be interested in seeing either game? If so, I can send more information and discuss a price based on the scope of the sale.

Best, Blessed Muskwe

Hi Cleber,

I have a compact, complete Godot 4.7.2 game project that matches the transfer shape you described.

It is a verified Windows collect-and-return microgame with a full playable win/loss/restart loop. The acquisition package includes the Windows build, complete Godot/GDScript source project, project files, procedural visuals, automated smoke and capture scripts, build evidence, SHA-256 hashes, a rights manifest and an asynchronous diligence packet.

Important disclosures: it is pre-revenue, has no users or store history, and contains no audio, mobile build, online service or monetisation integration. No third-party marketplace art, audio or font assets are included.

Asking price: USD 750 for an as-is full-project transfer of the project-specific rights the seller holds, subject to written diligence and a definitive transfer agreement.

The sale is deliberately asynchronous and does not include calls, live demos, customisation, ports, deployment, training, transition work, revisions, maintenance, updates, support or an SLA. If that shape is of interest, please reply here in writing and I can provide the verified build/diligence material through an approved transfer route.

I'm open to developing a custom game for you! or right now I'm developing a cooking game restaurant simulator, Hispanic culture themed and I look forward on selling it when I finish! this is my discord in case someone is interested, vicky_martii the game is fully 3d, price can be discussed in private or even adding custom mechanics to it! lmk

Hi Cleber,

I saw your post about buying indie game projects with source code and rights.

I currently have 3 playable game projects available for an outright sale:

• Uzbek Language & Literature Quiz — 3 languages, images and sound effects • Islamic Quiz Game — quiz gameplay, images and sound effects • Car Game — playable car game with assets and sound

The games are already playable, and I can provide gameplay videos/screenshots for review.

I am asking $1,500 USD for all 3 projects together. I am also open to discussing the exact transfer scope, including the source/project files and the rights I own and can legally transfer.

Would you like me to send you the gameplay videos and project details?

Best, SH

Hi! I have a 3D browser racing game called Midnight Velocity: City Rivals that I’m interested in selling.

It has 100 racing levels, multiple cars, AI opponents with several difficulty levels, 1-player and 2-player gameplay, nitro, and mobile/touch controls.

The game is currently pre-revenue. I have gameplay footage, screenshots, and a playable version available.

If you're interested, I'd be happy to show you the game and discuss the project and what can be transferred.

Hi Cleber,

I saw your post about buying indie game projects, and I think my project could be a good fit.

I’m selling Keeper Legends, a playable 3D goalkeeper football game where the player controls the goalkeeper during matches and training.

Details:

  • Engine: Godot 4.2
  • 3D playable game
  • Complete source/project files
  • Game assets and project resources included
  • Windows build included
  • Android build/configuration included
  • Gameplay systems such as goalkeeper saves, training, shop, skins, upgrades, saving, pause/restart systems, and more
  • The project is playable and has been tested

The visual assets were generated using OpenAI ChatGPT and Google Gemini, with my own creative direction, selection, editing, and integration into the game. I can also provide information about any third-party assets/plugins and their licenses.

Asking price: $4,000 USD, negotiable depending on the transfer scope and terms.

I can provide gameplay footage and screenshots, and I’m happy to answer any questions about the project, source code, assets, or licensing.

If you're interested, I can show you the gameplay and give you more details about the project.

Hi! I have a project.

It’s a runner game with a simple story.
It was built using Construct 3.
Some enemies use free sprites, except for the protagonist and three level bosses.
I’ll need to change the protagonist, though, since she belongs to another project of mine and I’m not willing to part with that character—but that’s not an issue; I can swap her for a new one.
It’s available for Android and PC.
It’s 95% complete.
I’ve included videos so you can take a look.
