I like the attention to details (e.g. different dying animations depending on how the player died (I think). The variation of bee types was also fine, and I like that you introduced 3 levels with one type of enemy each (I already read in tutorial what they are and how they bee-hive, pun intended, but I think many players would not). Nice game overall, the controls were a bit funky at times and perspective of camera sometimes made it impossible to dodge attacking bee when it was attacking from below the bottom screen edge (I could see it to late to successfully escape the attack), but it might be just me ;) The timing of falling platforms on the first level was also very difficult - I tried few times, it was like ok for the bottom left set of platforms and top left, and for the right parts I always failed (maybe it's due to their rotation/positioning? as the vertices seemed to be more close to other platforms on the left then on the right, but maybe it's also only  a perception)

I love the art and animations, and also the gameplay but I just could not figure out how to parkour on the falling platforms. If I try to jump while they're falling I can't, and if I don't go on them I won't make it in time.

That was really fun, I really liked the art style and the animations/death screen had a lot of charm! I wish there was maybe a slider for the music volume though

This was great!  Tight controls and a fun style. I loved the different death animations and the ending cutscene was a nice (and funny!) surprise.

love the art, especially the death animation!

Loved it! The falling platforms were a pleasant surprise.

I loved this. The art style and premise immediately got me into it. The game feels like something the characters in Smiling Friends would play. Using an electric guitar cover of Flight of the Bumblebee was very clever.

I felt like I had some minor issues with the controls. Sometimes I'd press spacebar and the character didn't jump. The falling platforms are fun, I think it would feel a little better if there was a rumble tween before they actually started to fall.  Dying was still pretty fun with the animations though, and I appreciated the ability to restart things quickly.

The 3D textures blended nicely with the pixel art, although the texture resolution could be a smidge higher to smooth it out a bit. They also might blend better unshaded or with toon shading to give a flatter appearance.

Overall really awesome entry.

This was so great!!! The first time I died from the bomb, I was surprised that I had so much other stuff that I had even forgotten about it to being with. The SECOND time I died from the bomb, I entirely locked in. There was a little bit of difficulty judging jumps that have forward / backward momentum but beyond that the enemy collision felt really fair and even gave me a couple really close saves that felt awesome! Really enjoyed the art style and I genuinely had a LOT of fun trying to save this lil guy. ALSO the image of the bee saying 'we got the wrong guy' is the single best element of any game I've seen this jam, Including my own. I laughed so hard. Thank you and GREAT WORK!!!

oh what an underrated game, so many subtle details, first of all, didn't expect it to be in 3D, animations are very cool, I love how if you're falling to the doom (heh) you can see character stressed already which gives the game so much life, what a good detail

Good job

Very good art i like the unique death animation for falling, running out of time and getting hit. Some coyote time would be a good improvement. Also sprinting was a bit buggy? like if i used it completly i couldnt use it again until it reached 100% but other times i was?

Good idea and funny story with peak art overall!

Funny and fun! I loved the plot and art to go along with it. I have a couple suggestions. I would add some coyote time (if there is already coyote time, it could be a skill issue :D) and maybe make the bomb harder to reset. Although you couldn't move when resetting the bomb, it hardly mattered because it took less than a second to do so. Off the top of my head, maybe adding a different collectible for increasing time on the bomb would force the player to constantly switch between prioritizing the bomb timer and collecting keys. Otherwise, this was a great submission. Nicely done! Also the ending was great too :)
