How does your game meet GBJam's theme
You fight enemies that worship gold. Additionally, your health bar is your gold/currency in the game.

I think you had the characters detailed very good. I think you should might put the character portrait of Greg a bit more detailed like the enemies instead of having a child drawing for semi realistic combat. Also, I think the rocks should be detailed as well. Also, I think you need to fix the HP increase since the current HP is have is taking damage instead of increasing damage. Also, the heal didn't heal me with more HP.

I really like the creepy monsters in the mines, the art for them was super interesting and cool to see. I also like that your currency is also your health making you second guess some of your actions. I did feel like I could mostly just spam attacks for awhile and not really have to worry about healing but I think that's more a balancing issue. Solid work!

It seems that you are not really trying to make a Gameboy like game... :/ The graphics are inconsistent, the soundtrack is too repetitive... It is definitely not creative, And the gameplay is terrible... And all of that... At least you tried to make a game.

I really liked how the gameplay felt, i assume that there isn't an ending and the fighting just loops?  in the worship section the return button could be bigger

Really cool concept, it felt like a proper tactical game. I love the mechanic of spending health to raise your stats, and the way you handled the attack/defense percentages. The parry on crits caught me by surprise, and that's actually how I got through the early fights. The HUD glitched out a few times and navigating it felt a bit clunky, but overall it was a solid experience. Nice work C:

Pretty good concept but i think that controls are bit clanky.

Really fun concept, I like the worship mechanic alot, it helps keep the game strategic when the battles are simpler. I really wish it had the GB resolution though, I don't think it would have been too hard to remap the UI into it since it's pretty clean and simple. It doesn't really read as gameboy as is, but still a cool little game awesome work
