Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately I don't know how to make update the to add filling the rest of the nearby safe tiles, I'm just learning video game development, so you will just have to deal with it...

well i'm sorry for last time. i deleted that last comment i just posted, you can still make games with anything you want to use, the game is still good. love it! i should not have regarded these extra palettes :(

Really fun and interesting game, even though I could not reach even a triple digit amount of gold. The graphics, soundtrack, and sounds are great as well.

The gameplay is good, the graphics and sound are great, and so is the music but it uses modern instruments, which is not gameboy-like. You did a good job anyway!

The gameplay is good, but i just don't like the fact the fish move in this game, the graphics are good, the music and sound is great. Oh, and also, I'm not sure if it adequately fits the theme, but yea.

The mechanics are great, the graphics are quite great, the soundtrack and sounds are good, really, you have done a great job!

While the torch mechanic is innovative to me, I find the torch time  limit on the 2 later levels to be a bit too low, I could not complete all of the contracts...

The gameplay is splendid, the graphics are great, the soundtrack is... interesting... it sounds like it's used somewhere else... There is no other audio. and the game is not really all that Gameboy like... I suggest you should improve next time, alright?

Free ratings!? I think i can have some right now, I'll rate your game soon /jam/gbjam-14/rate/5035423

I think It makes sense that you are aware that the game is unfinished, also I suggest that you avoid using the mouse, it's not for the jam, I have this problem with my game, the graphics are great, and the music too, but why not include some sounds?

Eh, It's an okay game, for whatever reason, I sometimes cannot find the stairs, graphics are good, soundtrack is good, overall, I'd say it's okay, you could do better next time.

I was confused, I cannot find the 2 other signals, but the game was quite fun actually. The graphics are good, the sound and music are okay, there is actually a rather quirky mechanic right there, good job!

Hey thanks for the feedback, I just added a bit of a description to make things a bit more clear.

It seems that you are not really trying to make a Gameboy like game... :/ The graphics are inconsistent, the soundtrack is too repetitive... It is definitely not creative, And the gameplay is terrible... And all of that... At least you tried to make a game.

For whatever reason I used auto during fights and I always fail! Oh and also why did you ignore the Soundtrack and SFX part? You must include sound in your project! And also, It's quite hard to tell which of these square platforms send you to where unless you step on them... Try better next time, alright?

While the idea is okay, The game is quite fun! Oh and also, nice job on the graphics and soundtrack. I know you can do that!

I think it's a fun little mining game, but the graphic could use some work, those noisy tiles and the texture-less falling blocks... Good job on making this game though!

While the graphics are somewhat great, the controls are weird, the audio is too quiet, the the prototype did not adequately fit the theme to me... Try raising the volume next time, and also you could avoid those weird controls next time, alright?

Err... I'm not very great at combat, which this game has, Good game though. The art style is good and so is the music. And is not very inventive... Good job on making this game though!

While the game is fun and all, I somehow could only get 4 treasures in one run, and I could not get the fifth one...

I swear I did not know where to find the favorite figurine, I could not get past the majority of the game :(

While the game perfectly replicates the gameboy, and the gameplay is top notch, the graphics look like they were drawn by a kid or someone who is new to pixel art, and the music is quite annoying, good job on submitting the jam entry on time!

Good game! But here are a few critiques I want to give to you, first of all you mentioned that there is no music in this game because you don't know how to compose, well, why not learn how to compose? It takes some time, you can make the game better if you did. Next, you could add some creative elements to the game to give it some spice! Good job on making this game though.

Thanks for the feedback, I would change the game so that it uses the arrow keys instead of a mouse and use start/select for swapping If It would not ruin the code game, unless I rewrite it, witch I don't feel like doing right now, however, I will try and use the gameboy controls next GBJAM to make the next game look like an actual gameboy game next time. Kudos!

Really fun game! I would have been hooked on the addictive gameplay!

Really fun game, Liked the upgrades, you did a good job there!

"I can confidently say that it turned out well"? Actually you shipped a game that is not even that great, why is there an anticrasher? Why dose this game look so modern? Why is there any lack of spice? There are people who can make games that look like the ones form gameboy, be like them next time... Also it reminds me of this GIF.

Wow, I enjoy the amount of effort the creators put into this game, nice job!

Fun but difficult game, great job!

A really nice and fun game, I also liked the art style and the soundtrack! Managed to get all of the bells though!

Oh okay, I did not even know that there were 2 "other" buttons... I swear I sounded like someone who has not even played the game...

Sometimes the gameplay ends up being too hard, the game should have been nerfed, maybe increase the jump height...

Nice game, but not quite quirky... Also you could try to make the game more gameboy-like by only including wasd and 2 other buttons, and also make the soundtrack purely chiptune.

Wow this is impressive, good job on making this game! However, negotiating is like, impossible to me.

Well actually, asking for money IS possible, but RNG, just play the game again and try asking for more money more times and see.
