Incredibly entertaining, and decently difficult, especially with level 12! Really good artwork!

How does your game meet GBJam's theme
you can make the Maneki-neko wave, which makes the coin jump. Your goal is to carefully time your inputs to guide the coin through obstacles until it reaches your paws.

A fun GeometryDash-like experience. First level helped a lot to make the game easy to understand. The levels got pretty challenging a bit abruptly imo but i don't mind, that only made it feel rewarding to complete the game with all coins! Lovely art. Good stuff!
This game was really fun to play ! Reminded me a lot of Geometry Dash on some levels, but in a different presentation.
Nice graphics, very readable, everything works as expected. I think you did a good balance for the difficulty curve, the Unlock All button allowed you to make harder levels without ruining the fun for some players.
I really loved the various expressions the cat's face could take on.
It was original to control the coin instead of the cat. However, I don't really get the "Old Gold" theme in your game, only the "Gold" part.
I liked the soundtracks, I just think you could add more variation in the gameplay music, as I feel a lot of work was put into the menu music which isn't the most important part.
I managed to get 3 bells in every level !
Good job ! One of my favourites so far.
I love platformers and played through the whole thing. This is a really high quality game. Great level design and skill progression. And just fun to play. Well done!
omg I went in thinking I'd play as a cat but you're the coin instead! Genius.
Sadly I was not powerful enough to get all the coins on the last few stages... But this was a lot of fun to play. Mister cat was very cute and expressive.
Having to jump to start a stage kept tripping me up. Maybe a short timer could work instead?
I love the simple, yet subversive idea of playing as a coin, the art style and sounds are sweet, controls are simple and intuitive and, yeah, it is tough when you're going for the bells (wish I got something extra from them) but it's definitely still a fun reaction-based game with solid level design.
I will defend the cat with my life!
Fun game! I liked the art and use of the color limitation. I wish there were another song too so it wasn't too repetitive when you die a bunch of times in a row, but overall great and really enjoyed it!
SO CUTE!!!! Simple commands, so intuitive and easy to understand!!! Lovely lovely lovely kitty! Also, nailed the sound effects and music!

Adorable and fun! I can't get over the little sounds the cat makes. kdhhgfhfkhfhfkd
One of my faves so far! It really has that feeling of older flash games and early-smartphone-era mobile titles (in a good way). The difficulty jump starting on level 10 (especially for collecting all the bells) felt a bit too steep, I think introducing single tile-width platforms and requiring the player to immediately do them in sequence was a bit tricky. Really well done overall, I'd definitely play more!
Pretty good game. Simple idea but with a lot of room to explore. The level design is good, it has a good difficulty progression, introduced spikes after some levels, etc.
Graphics and music are also on point. I would love to listen to the gameplay music more, only while fighting level 10 I got a glimpse of the rest of the song.
The only critique I have is that the jump to start triggering jump was not the best. In the first few levels I felt that it was just unnecessary. Then after some levels it was setup to be the correct thing to do, but then level 10 arrived and the jump at the start is actually the wrong thing to do.. It's a pretty small detail, but if you're forcing the player to do some action try to make it always the correct action.
Good job making it, I have loved it!
the art is so cute, and it's a really nice pallete you used! i like how "simple" the gameplay idea is, but it's still really tricky to get the timing right in the last few levels, fun and polished game!
My favorite game so far! Great take on the secondary theme. Love the graphics, really embodies the spirit of the gameboy. Admittedly, I couldn't beat level 9, but that is a skill issue on my part haha!
This was absolutely delightful! The controls were crisp, the art was adorable, the music was great. Also the level progression felt really smooth on the difficulty curve! It was so smooth I didn't even pause for a second when I messed up, cause it was pretty addictive trying to match the timing. Great job!
Exceptional use of the 4 colour pallet! I thought you had too many colours but the context different sprites give make one colour look different on different sprites.
This felt a little less like a puzzle and a bit more like a geometry dash type game. The gameplay was good.
I don't get the secondary theme though. I get you're a gold lucky cat and a gold coin, and it's nice you didn't default to pirates, but it fell a little flat.
Great concept, very good soundtrack too!
A really nice and fun game, I also liked the art style and the soundtrack! Managed to get all of the bells though!
