Its kinda fun idea with this jam spells. Also I really liked bread-sword - my huge respect to the artist <3
But I didnt understand a goal, so just walked everywhere while I didnt stuck in the ladder.
Such an ambitious entry! I really loved the different mechanics you went for (the spell casting system is really cool), but I had some trouble with the UI being a little glitchy here and then. During the second wave of my first playthrough, I somehow soft-locked due to the upgrade screen being displayed, but with my player character still engaged in combat. I could change the upgrade types but I couldn't select one and I could hear my bazookas going off behind the screen. The bread sword is probably my favorite here. Thanks for making and sharing your game!
Thanks for your feedback! A bit too ambitious I would say, we were overscoped quite a bit and couldn't fully bring the game in our vision to life. It was a great attempt tho!
The concept is cool. I am also a 3D artist, so I understand. This was a good attempt. You did really great!
Thanks! We spent maybe a bit too much time on that part and got overscoped quite a lot!
I'll admit: When I saw this, I got a smile. :D One of the most common issues with 3D-anything, it seems.
I also had some problems playing it (The window version is my only option). Notably, the camera angle went all weird and if it was not for the drawings you included on your main page, I would not have known what to even do while entering the tower. The game seemed to be stuck on the post-round page with a bunch of setup and there was nothing I could do aside from scrolling (while the game was still running in the background).
I think it needs work, but it definitely looks like you are onto something, here!
Your game looks really cool, and I appreciate you rating mine, I spent awhile trying to get it to work on my system (linux mint) and couldn't get the play button to work in wine and the web build kept putting my character upside down somehow and I couldn't progress.
It looks really cool from what I saw! If I can get my hands on a windows machine I'll try again before the jam ends.
Oh sorry for that! Your game looks really polished and the cover catch my eyes so I tried it as soon as I can! Our game is a bit overscoped and we didn't have enough time to polish it so it is barely playable right now, but we have a lot of fun making it.
