I feel like this game could've benefitted from giving the protagonist more character, or straight up making them their own named character? they had a lot going on that I wish I could've learned more, like it's repeatedly said that the protagonist is "weird" by Whitney but I don't really understand what makes me weird? outside of my interest in ghosts, I can't really put myself in the shoes of the protagonist, it was quite jarring for me since personally I feel I'm very different from them.

On that topic, I also would've enjoyed to see the alternative paths where you don't seek out a romantic relationship with ben or stick to Whitney to be more fleshed out, or at least elaborated more, especially the endings involving keeping the friendship and to explore how toxic it really is.

But that being said, I understand that this game's forte is the romance and it does it well, everything about going down this route is perfect, I spent 2 straight hours on this game and I never got bored, the voice actors did great work bringing the characters to life and the music really did set the mood. Fantastic work

Oh gosh, such a sweet romance. Yes, I obviously went hard into romancing the cute ghost guy, no hesitation

Whitney. Wow, that was hate on the first "ew.". The way you wrote the toxic friendship felt so infuriating realistic and relatable. Definitely reminded me of my youth. 

And Ben is so sweet. You have an absolute gift for writing romance. 

Oh and the UI is so clean and lovely. I loved that ghost pendant hanging from the textbook.

Also big props to the voice actors both for Ben and  Whitney. They really brought the characters to life. 

In fact the whole team did a great job, from the art, to the music, the lovely logo,  perfect package!

The art is great! I love all the little details like the ghost charms and how the room changed when the MC decorates. The sprites are really pretty and I liked the use of the stars for the "in between" screens. The vibe was very cozy game + 90s Halloween romcom/meetcute marathon nostalgia which the music helped a ton but the writing also! It's a really unique submission. I don't think Ben liked me very much, maybe we'll work it out :p

Cute story! Loved telling Whitney off, and the way Ben is just there going 'yess go off' LOL

Fun concept

First one I've found with VO, great work there. The art is excellent and I really enjoyed the story. Music was a little loud on default, couldn't hear VO over it, but easily fixed in settings. Excellent work!
