I love the style of the game, the genre isn't really for me as I got stuck early on, the music and sound effects were good too, the intro story was nice, it seems very polished, I wish I've gotten further but due to my keyboard layout i was unable to use wasd and had to use the arrow keys, good job to both of you!

Though I need some help with the 6th level. I have portal to cross the big gap,. then trying to get a ramp down to jump high enough to clear the wall, leaving the wall/bridge thing for the last gap... but can't get the ramp in the middle right.
some of the story into levels was a bit odd early on, but I think free of the Jam you could really put this together into a more coherent premise under whatever story and guise you want. It's a fab game concept.

I'll be honest the way we created the levels was a bit backwards and portal was added as an object afterwards and I think I might've tested that level once only and seen it was possible compared to all the other levels where i would test them to try get fast times.
that level is like perfectly timed and then you get it.
I'm going to fix it because its basically a bug ill mention it in the notes
but yeah its definitely near impossible but I assure you all the other levels are definitely possible (I tested the others a lot with other testers) thx for letting me know.
glad you enjoyed the game and yeah the story was more fast tracked focused on mechanics and fun.

The game is fun and the building mechanic is a nice twist on the 2d platforming genre. Quite a bit of content here for a game jam game. Nice job!

My only comment is the tutorials along the game needs to be addressed clearer, i was playing a stage and the next one thought it was a bug or something but it was an instruction for the item to use (for me its just the first 2 tutorials and all fine next)
some stages needs like more 0.02 seconds to take the last star XD.

Yh the tutorial was the hardest part I changed it about 5 times after I got my friends to test it and I knew it needed work but I had no more test subjects as they all knew how it works after 😭. And yh I made the timing star really really hard to get like the hardest one. but they are all possible I made sure :)
