Ran into several bugs. First, the game crashed when picking items out of the pantry, had to restart. Then during the cooking, I couldn't stir the pot (no spoon appeared) even after placing in the ingredients. Then finally after the cooking, the entire screen went black and I couldn't progress.
From what I could play though, I enjoyed the art and cozy vibes :)
Unfortunately I also had issues with it crashing ): the parts I got to play though were so adorable!! I also really liked the mini-games - they felt very thought-out and fit what you were doing so well (: great game!
The game kinda bugged out for me, where in the last minigame I couldn't stir even though I refreshed it 3 times. I'll take it as my browser issues, nothing from your end. The art however is very very cute and sweet, the theme of autumn is very evident too!!! The minigames were very fun to play through, it oddly reminded me of a mix of cooking mama and rhythm haven fever. so good!!! good job!!!!
Aww, thank you! We have a link to a Cooking Mama gameplay video in our GDD, so I'm glad it came through! And Rhythm Haven too?! I can see it now that you mention it! Nstryder gets full credit for this one, it was really fun and motivating to take breaks and see the gameplay progress videos he sent my way!
For the game bugging, a lot of people are having similar issues, so it's probably on our end... I'm sorry it didn't work even on the third refresh, and oh my goodness wait, did you have to restart our game each time to reach the last minigame?! We'll definitely spend some time to make it less buggy, but thank you so much for playing despite everything!
Very cute game, put me in mind of cooking mama with all the mini games. Having to wipe your eyes during the onion slicing was a nice touch. I did have some lag as others have mentioned, but I successfully made it to the end so that my family could insult my soup. I think I did badly with the rhythm game style cooking towards the end as I wasn't sure what to do until about halfway through, so some more tutorials could be helpful. I also had some oddities with the 'which is the right ingredient' game, because for both the cream and milk, I was presented with two completely identical objects as far as I could tell. Anyway, it's a nice game overall and could be really good with a bit more polish. Thanks for sharing your game!
Thank you for playing! For the cream and milk, the difference is in the text on the ingredients, but they are definitely more subtle than the other ingredients... It is also completely possible we missed a bug on our end, so we'll look into it. Thank you for letting us know, and congrats for getting to the end!
Hey, I really wanted to complete this game, but the game has crashed twice for me (the game just froze). There was some uncaught exception reported in the browser's console. 1st crash happened when choosing between the real onion and fake onion, and 2nd crash happened when slicing the butter.
The music and art are great however, gameplay reminds me of Cooking Mama. hope to try again once the crashes are fixed.
Love how vertical layered music was implemented, and the music itself is fucking beautiful! Wipe your eyes is so funny - I love the sense of humor of the entire game, in fact! Unfortunately I couldn't finish the game due to lag during the weird ingredient segment and then a black screen after cooking everything (I wouldn't mind downloading a Windows build of this). But all of the art and writing felt refreshing and the mechanics were intuitive! Awesome work, team!

Unfortunately I had to stop playing half way because of GODOT BROWSER LAG. (my game also suffers from this) I stopped when I had all the ingredients done and were about to mix them into the pot, I sliced butter and it just… crashed. Sorry that I played your game in firefox!
Oh also I wanna say I LOVE the cutting the onions minigame that was such a nice detail. GREAT GAME!
Oh no! That's unfortunate, I haven't had any issues on my end (firefox buddies, yay!) but I'll see if there's anything I can do so it doesn't happen with future games. Loved all the little cooking minigames and how each ingredient had its own little quirks, like having to wipe your eyes while cutting onions XD. I especially like how you implemented the cutting mechanics; they were really satisfying! The art was really well drawn too, and the little pranks were a fun way to incorporate the limitation. Nice job!

Really fun game! All the mini-games were very well made. I only stopped playing because I think the game bugged or something and I was stuck in a black screen, but it was really fun while I got to play it!
