This game is really polished, and I love the old school dithering effect! It's really fun moving around, playing the minigames and finding secrets. The fair's level design, as well as the characters, are very neat and well done. Great work!
Thanks for trying it out! I made the main game purposely difficult so that it requires some of that exploration to flip the odds. Glad you liked it.
Oh wau :D this was a really nice game. Really liked the dithering shader effect and overall felt really polished.
Really cool mini-games. I enjoyed the dithering shader effect
Thanks for giving it a try!
I really liked how you handled the mini games. really nice and fleshed out. cool shader work too!
Thanks a ton for the feedback! I almost didn't include them at all because I was afraid they'd distract from the main game. But they've been a hit! I appreciate you giving it a try.
Loved the shader work, the vibes and music really sell the creepy atmosphere. loved the acheivements. a lot of polish in this… well done.
So much fun. Loved spinning the wheel!
Spooky Vibes are on point, and the main mechanics are interesting!
A nice well put together game. I like the cinematography and style. Its an excellent use of the carnival and it's creepy vibe. I think it'd look great if you'd remove the PS1ification, it doesn't add to this.
You're probably right! I think I was worried that because the carnival pack was on sale at the start of the jam, that my game would look like a lot of the others. I appreciate you trying it out though.

Ok, a lot to love here. First of all, the background of your page matching the hypno image when the embed was centered was a really nice touch. The simple choice of spinning for yourself or the other contestant really made this game, imo. The minigames were a fun way to earn more tickets. I've always wondered how the psx horror pixel post processing is done, I'll have to look into it. Well done, loved it!
Thanks for the detailed response and I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of it. The easiest trick on the look is to draw your world smaller than your screen and then stretch it back up so it looks blocky. I colored graded it a bit so it wasn't so as much bright color, then Posterize and Bayer Dithering! Definitely check it out because you can get some wild looking stuff.
First of all, I had to check this out when I saw we have the same name hehe. The wheel mechanic looks really fun, especially being able to use it against your opponent. I also really like the creepy carnival vibe, it fits the game perfectly. Great job!
At first I didn't quite get what was going on, but once I started exploring the map, it completely hooked me. The map design is insanely cool, and I really loved all the different minigames scattered around. Super fun experience once you dive into it!
This is great feedback! I definitely need work on my onboarding and telling the player what they are supposed to be doing, while still leaving some room for mystery. Glad you liked it!
That was fun, exploring the carnival with all the minigames but also the main game. While it was up to luck for the most part, I enjoyed being able to manipulate or choose who gets to spin.
Also the shader really added to the atmosphere, well done :D
Almost had itttt damn, nice job!
This kept me so engrossed. I played this for a long ass time. Amazing work with the atmosphere and tiny mechanics.
My fav part was the shop experience every item felt so important!😁
Thanks a lot! I hope you beat it ha. I was worried that I added too much world to explore that that the main goal of the game would get overshadowed.
First playthrough I was knocked out very fast but it has good replayability and I kept going back for more
I'm glad to hear you gave it another go after. The first time you play, it's definitely against you. You haven't been able to get some of the free things around the map to tilt the odds in your favor. But I hope it isn't too hard or reals bad given how much luck is still involved.
