The game seems to be unoptimized and runs poorly on my 5070 Ti, though that could also be due to my Linux setup and Wine. At the start, it displays “GameDev.tv Halloween Jam 2026,” which is a different game jam. Idk man.

Otherwise, it's a good game idea that should be developed further.

Thanks for your feedback. It runs fine for me on a 5060 Ti; it might be due to Wine. I’ll compile a Linux version. As for the logo, that’s a mistake—I copied and pasted the splash screen from another game I made for a game jam, and the image didn’t get updated. Thanks for pointing that out!

Interesting lore and environment. Well done.

You've got a real knack for world building. The environment and lore you've come up with here are really rich. I find I always struggle with storytelling beyond "beat the bad guy." Well done!

Good job with the cut scenes. I wanted the family back...

I like the idea, dueling guests and hearing a bit of their story or getting some lore, but unfortunately the movement and combat was a bit too janky, and the lore drops were a bit too vague to keep my interest. The mansion is impressively built though, and again, cool idea!

Thanks for your feedback. It’s true—the duel mechanic needs some polishing, as does some of the text.
