yeah a few mechanics need balancing but I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed the game, thanks for the feedback! :D

This game looks great aesthetically. The puzzle mechanics with the mirrors are fun too, I've played games with similar mechanics before and its always good fun, nice to see a game built around it rather than it just being an extra minigame in a bigger game! Hope you do more with this. I could definitely see this working on steam :)
(also wish there was a web build to paly for easy access - but I gave it a play anyways)
This game looks really nice, it's chill to just fly around and ignore the objectives... bonus points for Chris P Bacon ;)
Feel like a Web build would have helped, more people would play and rate it I think. I submitted a mobile build to a game jam once and nobody played it for the same reason :(
Good job getting something submitted either way! :D
Thank you for the productive feedback! The game definitely needs some work but I’m happy to hear you enjoyed it so far :D
a skip button has already been added, ready for next time I update.
And I agree with your comments on difficulty progression - currently there is none it just throws you straight into the deep end. But there’s loads id like to do to make it easier to begin with and progressively get harder as you master the game.
Ps - I like the idea of black holes and aliens and comets and just adding loads of other random space stuff to really bring the game to life. Thanks for the ideas!
Hello and thank you for taking time to play my game. I would love too see the VOD so please share it when you can 😄
that’s a good way of approaching each game. And I’ll start by saying I’m glad you found it fun even with the games difficulty settings as they are. I keep hearing a lot about the planet jumping system so it’s something I definitely need to look into.
Even something as simple as a “safety net” like you suggested, which would be very easy to implement would make players feel the game is less… harsh. If and when I add more to this game it will be the first thing I look to add.
Once again thanks for playing and I appreciate your feedback :)
Awesome! I’m a bit of a nerd for space in almost any media too 😁 turning it into a roguelite is very interesting I hadn’t even thought of that 🤔
I appreciate the other feedback too, the jumps being frustrating is probably the thing I’ve heard the most so I really should prioritise doing something about it if and when I add more to the game.
Thanks for playing! :D
Great game, the graphics and animations are lovely! The music fits the gameplay really well too so nice choice there. I did notice a minor bug, when you die and are laid flat you can still control the character which is funny. But aside from that it's perfect. Especially for a gamejam submission. Congrats!
Nice game, it reminds of the escape room flash games I used to play on school computers 😂 The art style is lovely and unique, I especially like the paintings. I would mention the stretched UI but I can see it's already been pointed out and you've explained. That's the only thing I'd say that's off about it though, fix that and it's looking pretty good all around. Not bad for your first ever game or for a game jam submission, congrats :D
I love this. It's a really interesting concept and nicely polished. It's challenging but fun. It includes everything I'd expect to see in a full game - multiple levels, a story, music, sounds and settings (so many people skip settings). It's quite complete so congratulations on getting this made in such a short time!
I've played plenty of games that have all been great and everyone should be proud for completing something but this has been one of my favourites so far :D
