Well, I think being able to recharge the stamina while moving would be nice and some sort of marker on where to head next. I found myself getting lost.

I don't have a lot to say but I do think some of the level design makes certain movements impossible and if this was ever fleshed out more I would say adding just a bit more purpose to each level/zone could help with the overall pace and feel of the game! Well done making something in a short amount of time!
I can tell a lot of love was put into this! I think it is really well made and I don't have much negative to say other than wishing the "start" button prompted me to go to overworld since I hit it in the middle of a fight and had to restart. Really well done though! Loved the varying combat encounters!
Finished the game and I thought overall it was a good incremental game at it's bare bones. While I found the sprite work charming I thought it was missing something to make progression dish out that dopamine hit I usually get from incremental games. Finally, at the end, once you beat the last boss if you continue the game you get the same cutscene each time though. The completionist in me wanted to get all the upgrades before I reviewed lol. Had fun playing, thanks for making this!
I loved the style of your game. It had such a cool blend of simple and detailed and I mean that in a good way. The main character sprite was very basic but the house and water looked beautiful! I also thought your music was great and would listen to it on repeat but the text box sound was so loud and oppressive it didn't exactly exude the relaxing feeling I was getting from the rest of the game.
Cool concept and I loved the layout of the traps and enemies. I thought it felt like I was in an ancient temple with booby traps and cursed things as I plundered for ancient treasures! Only thing I would note is I wasn't really sure what the objective was other than trying to get all the gold coins?
