Solid game! Absolutely loved scaling the fish. Was very satisfying. I could see something like this being absolutely amazing if I was able to play with friends instead of simply hiring a crew. Obviously that would be quite the feat to pull of in a jam of this length, but this has good bones and taps into some of the key features of shop management games that I enjoy.

Fun and frantic game! Gets pretty tought to keep up with everything at times. I thought the art style and the music were fun and paired together really well with the feeling of the gameplay. Would love to be taught what I’ll have to do before being thrown into it. Took me a few tries to figure out what exactly I was supposed to do to turn off the wifi. I was looking for a router to click on but lucked out and clicked on the computer. Overall it was a good game!

Big fan of the art style and atmosphere! Would have enjoyed having some way to try and determine if a stranger was good or bad beyond talking to them or seeing them running. I ended up just talking to everyone after I discovered you could run and hide from kidnappers. Good job on making the ending feel impactful and bringing some extra meaning to a jam game!

Love a good rage game from time to time. I think a key thing to keep in mind for rage games like this is to make sure the player always know what got them killed. There were a few instances where I would get teleported to the beginning for what appeared to be no reason at all. This means that I would know that I am essentially throwing away the next life just to try and figure out what got me.

Good job overall!

Solid idea! It would be nice to have at least the most recently introduced rule shown again after a failure. Or at least leaving the rule text on screen until the user inputs something. I briefly glanced away from my screen and almost entirely missed a new rule.

Aside from that, I love the concept of a “static” puzzle that evolves overtime due to an increasing set of rules. Could make for some really interesting puzzles that require the player to rethink their previous solutions over and over again and provide that “AH HA” feeling that a lot of puzzle games look to provide to their players. Would love to see an idea like this taken further.

Very fun game! Feels like Papers Please but more focused on speedy evaluations than hunting for sneakier attempts at fakes. Perfect twist for a jam game, and also a perfect twist on the genre as a whole. Initially it felt almost too easy, as some of the fakes are incredibly simple to spot without much thinking, but as the speed ramps up the need to act quick starts to take over and caused me to accidentally miss obvious fakes. Also was a big fan of the art style as well!

Only complaint was having some issues with sliding occasionally. Some more feedback idicating when a bill was actually picked up and sliding would make this feel much better. But overall, fantastic job!

Fun concept for a visual novel. Short sweet and simple. I’m a fan of the art style! Makes for unique and nice looking characters and backgrounds.
