Dr Pepper is the bad choice.  Only Evil people drink Dr Pepper.  :-P

How you get the car to move didn't feel intuitive to me, was it designed with touch in mind instead of a mouse?  It felt more like a pool game without being able to line up your shot.

Like the idea, but the execution was a little lacking.  I felt like the UFO sucking up all the other stuff should have had an effect, like maybe fill a meter when its full they get "stunned" for a few seconds while they dump out the trash.  Or even that is why the items are randomly spawning on the ground, is that its from them tossing back out the garbage they are collecting.

I like the idea behind the game, but the game play itself was a little confusing on how it worked.  What's the alternative to the Auto Button?

I couldn't do anything as I was stuck staring at a bald head?  I tried several tricks, but I just couldn't get it to work.

It's only meant to be a funny quick narrative, but I understand why some find the lack of standard gameplay an issue.

Would love to have tried a web build, but I don't download random games to run on my machine.

Thinking along kind of the same lines I was for my game.  Although I found it odd to have 4 party members in my party fighting but only 2 characters named/appearing in the story.

I couldn't figure out how to play it.  I got the ball and the edge there was nothing.  The Triangle introduced itself and then nothing.  I tried both Character and Exit from the menu but neither did anything....

Would love to have tried a web build, but don't download random games to run on my machine.

Didn't make your page publicly available.  Can't play it.

The controls felt very unnatural to me.  Pointing the ship with the mouse cursor and applying a thrust with the keyboard...

Beautiful artwork.  Too bad there wasn't sound/music and a visual of the meat falling when sliced off.

Yeah I focused on the WERE aspect of the theme for humor.  I wanted to have a little more typical RPG gameplay, but had to scope it down to hit that 3 hour mark.  May go back afterwards and polish it up some more, but its not going to be anything more then it is right now in the grand scheme of things.

Very beautiful artwork!  Well polished for 3 people in 3 hours.

I think this is a fun take on the idea.

Use your font in my Game Jam game.  :-)  https://folkor.itch.io/a-chosen-hero

Timer per round is a good idea as well, also gives you another possible upgrade path to explore.

Very cool.  Incremental space shooter.  I liked it.  Although understanding that the goal was to clear all the asteroids to not lose resources wasn't clear until the first time I was able to clear the board.  Until then, I felt like the lose resources was just a jerk move.  As games like Orb Shooter the level ends when you die and you get everything you've collected so far.  So I was assuming that.

This game, not at all.  The Assets I bought and had a prototype kicking around for a while but it's in isometric, and I got frustrated trying to work in that style.  I honestly think after my Castlevania and Dungeon Fodder games are done, I'm going to switch to a tycoon game and something in 3D to move into that world of game dev.  If I ever get to the point of making a NyeDigitalGames archive collection, then maybe I will, but highly unlikely.

Yeah, the original idea was that there was a computer player that was also running around capturing squares and you had to fight them and the enemies off, but there was no way I was going to get the logic in place for that to happen.  Most of the upgrades were yanked from my Vampire Survivors clone, so they don't really help in such a short game.  You only need 1 DMG upgrade and after that just rate of fire and multitarget.  Everything else is a waste, but I was just racing towards the finish line.  And yeah the gun REALLY shows how useless it is if you get mobbed and can't get away.  But again Jam game and nothing more.

Yeah it was fine after that, but I was just providing some feedback for future reference in how a player could get lost.

Nice idea and the ramp up in difficulty makes those last few squares harder.

Very interesting twist on the game. Once I figured out how to play properly, I did enjoy it!

Not Tic Tac Toe

I was very confused that I had to click on a square to select a space to go.  I was just flying around for 2min thinking the game was broken.

I feel like not having a second person to try it with really hindered my experience with the game.  But I do like the idea, but I was expecting 4 in a row to win, so when I hit 3 it surprised me.

Very confused on the powerup and how it works.  I see from your other comments its random which would explain why I couldn't figure it out.

Chrome on 5120x1440 Monitor.  Yeah, I'm not a normal user.  :-)

I do enjoy a good subversion!

Interesting idea, and I did enjoy it.

While I don't know LUA, can't you create a web playable version with it?

Not about to download malware..

Kinda reminds me of Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes.

Took me WAY too long to figure out how to build an X.  I kept saying "What is the build button?!" and smashing every key on my keyboard.

I like the idea, but something about how you controlled the player and not knowing which one was your oldest was kind of annoying.  On another note, using full screen on an ultrawide made it so I couldn't start the game as the buttons were off screen.

I like the idea, but I wasn't able to fully engage with it.  I don't get how to capture squares...

I was cringing everytime the gun was aimed at me!  Not my idea of fun, but Extreme for certain!
