it took me an embarrassing amount of time to figure out you move with arrows instead of WASD
though i think there's a bug that makes input stop working when you hit enter or something...

Still: cool kind of "push your luck" idea, i thought it was fun!

I love this! One of our first ideas for this jam was a ship builder type of game where you attach new rooms you can run around in to your ship. Since we didn't go with that its kinda cool seeing a similar idea fully realized.

This is pretty cool, I only wish I could build up speed when going downhill :)

ooh, the sound design makes this one really satisfying

I liked the music a lot. Some of the jumps were really tight, and I couldn't figure out if there was a way to not take damage to some of the enemies.
pretty cool game though!

pleasantly simple
my best was 60!

Maybe its just nostalgia for messing around on the family computer, but I kind of love the art style you have going on here. Has a kind of je ne sais quoi to it.

I think I managed to only ever look at the cannon puzzle game at the exact moment that I needed to jump, haha

Really cool idea here! and the game was completely self explanatory

Some of the collisions seemed too greedy, and i'd sometimes appear to die even though the dash particles were visible. But being able to dash backwards and get a small amount of ground back is something I've never seen an infinite runner do before, kudos for that!

ah yes, the classic moral dilemma of "do I run across the room to charge the cutie that spawned behind the couch or do i save his friends who are closer and make  eye contact with him while he perishes".
I remember when they covered that in my philosophy class.

Fun reminder that detailed graphics aren't everything. I think you executed on a simple idea really well, and if you wanted you could take this further in a lot of different and interesting directions. its a pretty good foundation!

I got wrecked because all of my cat bots were in a room far away from where the raid happened. I managed to save it just barely, but was so panicked about losing all my health I completely forgot about CU.

cool little game! I wanted a click and drag rectangle to select all the cats, and it would have been nice to be able to send them to arbitrary places and just wait.

I liked the idea of fusing exploring and opening up new areas with RTS style gameplay

Quacked until I got arrested. tried to fight a flock camera. got arrested again
10/10 (chefs kiss)

Cool game! I thought building up charge in the form of static electricity was creative.

I saw some people mentioned a shorter charge time, and that might be good, but I also think I would have liked it if there were a minimum jump you got for just tapping jump, but you could get a bigger jump for holding it down.

Really not bad for a first project though! Keep making stuff! :)

Cute little game! I kept getting in trouble for kicking the trash cans haha

My preferred strategy was to line them up horizontally, so that all the enemies got stuck behind whoever I had stun locked.

I think the biggest thing I can give feedback on is that the enemies have a ton of health compared to how simple their behavior is, which makes fighting them feel quite repetitive.

Cool game, overall though! :)

Really cool! It was really hard to see, unfortunately, and when I morphed my skewers I couldn't quite tell what had changed, but I liked just about everything else about the game

Thank you! yeah enemies inside (and maybe outside?) the bunkers were a stretch goal, and I definitely hope to do more with the project :)

Another one that I'll have to save to finish later. Really great work!

I couldn't figure out how to escape my cell, but I DID enjoy commanding a squirrel to throw a flower pot at the glass door over and over

Nice, much harder than it looks :)

man, I love the visual style you've got going on here! unfortunately, I couldn't drag the slingshot back far enough to reach the target on the second shot, which is a shame because I'd love to see more of this game.

Those Franks never knew what hit em! (Not me, I died)

I immediately accidentally romanced the client on my first play through

making the goat explode when you die was a nice touch.
the mechanic where you have to charge and then jump while charging: that probably could have been communicated with level design in some way, but I was able to figure it out.

uh oh i think i might have learned something

neat idea here, good work!

really liked the idea here, and the game looked really good! I had trouble keeping clockwise and counter clockwise straight, haha... Good work!

Probably could have done with a minimap, and an outline around the meters (the black melted into the background color), but well done in any case!

Its gotta be hard to make combat feel good in a week, but you did. Hats off to you!

I am not joking, if you made more of this game and put it on steam I'd buy it in a heartbeat

easily my favorite game of the jam so far

This games art style is phenomenal! I only wish I could replay the tutorial because I was not positive what I was doing, I didn't pay very close attention through the first part of the tutorial, and reloaded the page to see if I could start it over haha

You are a madman for requiring me to use the scroll wheel and the left mouse button at the same time when right mouse button, shift, and spacebar are all unused ;)

I liked what i was able to get through, though! when I have time I may have to try clearing my cookies to see if that gets the tutorial back haha

The upgrades felt really meaningful, which always feels so much harder to do than I expect. Good job!

nice job!

As soon as I saw that the main menu was accidentally playable I started messing with it, and I think I managed to load 2 levels at the same time?

Great foundation for a puzzle game.

Waterskiing, but pulled by a bull through downtown, doing kickflips over several pedestrians, while the wilhelm scream plays on repeat from various unseen sources.

Truly an experience like no other. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for using your free will to make it.

nah, its meant to be swerve drive instead of tank drive, like a car. I'll note that it caused confusion, thanks!

I thought having different types of batteries was cool

I live in a world where Hawaiian pizza is a crime, and I have to try to pretend I agree it makes perfect sense that pizza can't have sweet things in it when fries with ketchup, orange chicken, bbq pork, california rolls, and chips and salsa all combine sweet and salty/savory JUST FINE, and NO ONE EVER SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT IT. And I just smile and nod my head lest they suspect me and I am publicly executed. I am a criminal in disguise. parading about among the masses undetected. I live every day in fear that one day, someone  will see me adding canned pineapple to my pizza in the privacy of my own home through a gap in the curtains. My hair is turning gray for all the time I worry...

what was I talking about again? oh yeah. good game, i liked the game.

Can't go wrong with pinball :)

I sometimes had the paddles clip or tunnel through the ball, so it just teleported underneath them. you can sometimes fix things like that by turning on Solver->Continuous CD on the rigidbodies, or if you've already done that and it didn't work, sometimes you can get around it with some clever raycasts.

I still enjoyed it! massive dopamine hit from getting the ball into the side area the enemies were spawning from.

took me a minute to figure out why the game wasn't moving, turns out I hit free play the first time lol
