Oh thank you! I will re-rate the game since I finished it

Thank you!

Took me a few minutes to figure out, but fun game! My recommendations are to make the controls smoother and maybe add text to show that the basket is the selling point because that may not be clear.

This has so much potential. The art blew me away and it felt so cinematic with the camera movement and all. Unfortunately, I could not get past the jump on the first few platforms, which resulted in me not being able to finish your game. Here's a bit of feedback. I would recommend some audio, and coyote time (delay in falling off a platform in order to give players room before jumping). This is very decent for a first Godot game jam! I would just recommend a bit of playtesting.

I played and rated your game, it was a good experience!

I love how fluid moving the cards were! It felt super satisfying with all the extra particles. Some feedback is that I think that the images on the postcard could be a little bigger, and I also found a bug where the postcard slides away after being placed in the bin.

Oh jeez i keep losing to the paperclips! This was a nice yet short game. Good work!

Very fun and original game! Although a penguin floated away in the water.. I don't know if that's intentional or not?

The dog was WAY faster than I expected and took some getting used to. One of my favorite games of this jam!

Thanks! I got lucky with the wildcard being simple shapes as art is not my strong suit :)

The gameplay feels smooth, but i feel that there is a need for variety among the enemies. The zombies are extremely easy to fight alone but the skulls were a bit more of a problem. It took me a bit of time to understand all the mechanics. One final critique is for the game to be a little shorter, as the gameplay gets a little boring with the same stages again and again. With all that aside, I really liked your game! The art style felt cozy and the attacks are fluid and satisfying.

This is very impressive considering this is your first game jam and you managed to incorporate all the wildcards. I wish I could be as good as you lol

A few critiques for Gridshift are that when the game starts, the camera only shows the straight track and one curved track. On my first playthrough, I didn't see the second curved track so that made me think that i should buy another curved track. For the gameplay itself, even at maximum speed the cars would go agonizingly slow which would probably make people just leave your game because they don't want to wait. Critiques aside, I liked your game idea and thought it was very original! I also like the music choice. Subtle, not intrusive.
