The mode switching is an amazing idea, I loved it, also making this in 4 days is insane, great job. I would love to see more levels!

Pretty good game, but on the final test i think i encountered resolution problems because i could only see the hitmans hand but nothing after that, idk if that was intentional. Still completed the test somehow tho.

No that wasn't intentional, I have no idea why it happens but it was my first time making the player able to attack like that so no wonder that sometimes it has issues

Good game, couldnt beat the maze tho

Wait really? I think i set it so that the things that are farther away move slower, isnt it supposed to be like that? Maybe i did the opposite, but anyways thanks for the support and telling me that!

Actually, one of my favorites in the jam! Until now I was skipping the "Making a game" games, but after playing yours I think that was a mistake, I really liked that you can pick your traits and that you can spend your time on different things, really cool game!

How is there at least 10 different games about you trying to press the start button but every one of them is original and has its own twist? But anyways, loved the game! Honestly you should add more levels when the jam is over!

Didn't rate it because the resolution was bad so it didnt fit on my screen fully idk if it was intentional or not, but i liked the beginning cutscene a lot so i hope you make it into a full game!

really great game, atmosphere and style, had a lot of fun and i hope you make more levels for it in the future!

Im too lazy to figure out how to send a link, the name is "Don't Progress", also be careful about the glitch that i mention in the description. Thanks for playing!

Absolutely deserves to win the jam!

great artstyle, great story, great mechanics, BUT PLEASE, FILL YOUR DAMN WALLS, i got stuck multiple times inside walls when exiting portals, and because they arent filled inside, they didnt push me out, so i was getting stuck inside them and sometimes forced to restart, but besides that, great game! Also after reading all the comments, it looks like im the only lucky one that caught the "TIP: On level 2 you can move the platform at the top of the screen!!!" on the itch page lol.

One of my favorites in the jam so far, absolutely no complaints except one thing: I dont think the planning phase should waist your ink, I think it stresses the player too much, and it can just be skipped by restarting the level when you have everything planned, but besides that, it has no issues, loved it!

One of the best games i have tried so far, you should make more levels for it!

Nice game

All the assests were borrowed from other people because i didnt have time to make my own (and they would probably suck). I honestly didnt expect anyone to discover the attack cheesing issue that fast.  And I didnt know that the dialogue boxes were that annoying, maybe I'll add a way to skip it.

Great Game

Really cool idea, everything was great, didnt play through the whole game tho the checkpoint lack killed me

Really cool concept, the SFX could be better because there is not much audio, the style with the paper cutouts is really cool, but it isnt clear what the characters are doing in some shots, but I really like the mechanic of typing the words and pressing the directions to do stuff
