This was an absolute blast! The art is very charming and what I want is ... more levels, more content, more spells, more things to do in genera! That's a sign of a good game! I hope you keep working on this post jam. You've earned a follow!

I didn't notice the shadow at first so I kept trying to pick up the candy with the character sprite over it and almost rage quit before I figured it out. Glad I did though, because this is one of my favorite games so far - amazing job! The tutorial was effective and I was able to figure out all the mechanics. Also thank you for controller support! The hypnotizing / bewitching idea has potential and I would love to see it expanded on
I enjoyed this a lot, super original and the candy pick-up mechanic is very satisfying! I wish there was a bit more use for the flying and possession speed upgrades as they didn't really seem that consequential, but a very solid game!
Liked it a lot! Looked great, backing track was excellent and the feeling of scooping up the mountains of candy towards the end and watching the exp shoot up was very satisfying. Felt well paced for a short game.
Nice work both!
First, the knock on the door from the starting screen legitimately scared me haha. Second, when the game was over I realized I was sad because I honestly could just kept playing the same gameplay loop for hours. Y'all did amazing! The art was incredible and the dopamine rush of flying back to see a mountain of candy is unmatched.
Loved it! Great theme, the demon made me chuckle, and the artwork was cute. It left me wanting more; I could see multiple stages for this, with an imposed time limit.
I had the thought that the Q action could be "hypnotize" while the E action could be "bewitch" or something, just to help differentiate them a little. But it wasn't too confusing.
Great job!
Oh no it’s too early for Halloween lol! So I didn’t submit a game this jam but had to see what you two came up with after enjoying Vile Brew last jam and this did not disappoint! It’s a pretty solid incremental with enough skill upgrades, content, and charm leaving me wanting more. I almost got to 100% town destruction and the game crashed on browser (safari) but great entry overall!
Very original concept! The controls feel pretty good to use and the visuals are also great, I played to get all the upgrades before destroying the town but it didn't make much of a difference, since the very few minions without upgrades managed to destroy almost 50% by the time I started spending points in them. Other than that, it's a great experience!
This is the most fun game in jam it will be more good if you did this in a halloween event
Very cool game! Really enjoyed hypnotizing the entire town to do my dark bidding. Very nice visuals and atmosphere, and fun to play. Nice job!
Since I joined GWJ it is always a treat to see your games! This one again has a great flow, artstyle and gameplay! Good job again! :)
Out of all the ones I've tried so far, this was the most fun! Love the visuals and the Halloween goodies. Also, nice that your interpretations of the bounty theme was the less obvious one instead of just going straight for "off with their heads".
One thing I should mention, which isn't a big issue - but while the camera does stop at the end of the level, it would appear the demon themselves does not. Again, not a big issue, but if you plan to do anything else with this project, I'd put that on the list!
Other than that, well done!
This was fun! I really love the idea of being a demon that requires candy. Getting my minions to do my bidding for me and then eating all their candy at once for huge level gains was quite satisfying - muhaha yess give me your candy! I didn't really understand what the eggs were for until the town destruction phase. The skill tree being space bar to open and close felt a little unintuitive to me but other than that, great job!
