Very cool game and nice concept and execution! also good job on the SFX

I really liked the concept and puzzle part. Very good game.

Had too do the bad ending because I could solve the good side puzzle. Peak puzzle game

Really interesting puzzle game! I liked the concept of manipulating molecular spins, and the CRT workstation idea gives it a great atmosphere. The story setup with the mysterious emails is also really engaging and adds a nice layer of intrigue. Great work overall!

Developer

Thank you so much for this feedback! I'm glad you like the CRT effect as that is probably my second favorite thing about my game (H.A.I is #1 lol). Thank you so much for playing!

Whoa.. very interesting concept.. Sometimes my brain hurt a little bit doing it but had a really fun time!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you had fun!

Really hard puzzles, I spend some time in the first one, then the rest were much more easy, but I'm stuck in the third or fourth level.
The idea is fine, and there is a story in the game related with the puzzles.

Good game, but I think that the progression of the levels should be polished

Very well made game! Here is my honest review:

Pros

  • Fun and brainbreaking puzzles
  • Nice VFX and background music
  • Very good story with different endings
  • Cool old TV postprocessing effect
  • I really liked that there is only one core mechanic but you managed to alter it in different ways by adding multiple directions, even, uneven atoms, etc.

Cons

  • Purple text has bad contrast with background on last level

My suggestions/improvements

  • None. This game mechanic is pretty unique and fun to play. It would be really cool to see more levels or new continuing to this story. For example: that after some years this AI somehow managed to recover and now it is stronger (now max number is 5 (for example) instead of 3). Or it is up to your imagination

In overall I really liked your game. I hope you will continue to manage it further and release a full game. If you didn't understand something from what I have said, feel free to ask me.

Developer

Yeah, I realized a bit too late that the text was a bit hard to read. Maybe I should have put a different background behind the text boxes or something. This review helps a lot though! Thank you so much for putting the time to rate my game and leave this review! I might take a look back into my game if people say I should make it into a full game. I have a bunch more ideas for it but want to know if people would actually play the full thing lol. I'm really glad you enjoyed my game! Thank you again for this review and for rating! Good luck with the rest of the jam!

Really clever and intricately designed puzzles. There’s so much polish to this game, it feels very complete! Great work!

Pretty complicated.. But fun games once you figure out the puzzle.. Although I was stuck at this level

I don't know if this is bug out.. Or if I did something wrong or not.. Regardless.. Pretty good games

( Also I play and also rate your games.. So if you can also play and also rate my game call invader Jimmy.. I would really appreciate it. I wish you luck at the end of game jam!!! 💪)

Very relaxing, the graphic style is great, and music gets you into playing, very well done.

That was a fun and VERY complete puzzle game for the jam! More difficult than i thought, so i had to really use my brain power LOL. But the puzzles were really well made, and the story was really good, implementing it between every puzzle. In the end I completed the Left puzzle and helped HAI. Very polished, very complete, Great Job!

Developer(+1)

I think everyone loves H.A.I so completing the left puzzle is the right choice in my opinion lol. Thank you so much for playing and leaving this feedback!

WOW, really complete for a game jam game, I would be happy to lose to this!

Developer

Aw thank you so much! That really means a lot to me.

Really love the take on the theme and good puzzles!

A very creative game with excellent puzzles. It's impressive that they were designed and implemented in such a short game jam. It turned out really well. Congratulations!

Thank you so much!

A really creative and fun take on the theme of this jam! The lore was immense and beautiful... The puzzles were satisfyingly complex and it had a good sense of progression! Keep up the good work!

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback and for playing!

Really creative game, that had me seriously scratching my head. Manipulating the spin of atoms to solve puzzles was a fantastic idea and you executed everything to a really good level for a 1 week game jam, the audio and visuals were great. Amazing work!

Developer

Thank you for this kind feedback! I'm really glad you enjoyed my game and I hope you had fun! Thank you so much for playing!

I love puzzle games and I think this one was really cool! It was a fairly simple mechanic to understand and you managed to make a bunch of puzzles while also telling a story which I think is super impressive. In the final puzzle, I think I softlocked myself by setting these two to the same number, so I tried solving it for a LONG time until I realized I should restart, because they start off differently. I dont know if I actually was softlocked but I think so? If so, maybe there could be a popup that you can press R to restart, but I figured that out myself cause I am SO smart. Other than that, flawless puzzlegame, very good job!!! got both the endings!

Developer

Thank you so much for pointing this out! I got some other comments mentioning it but couldn't find it. This screenshot helps a lot! Sorry you had to restart the level though. Least you were able to figure out that you needed to restart because of your superior intelligence. Thank you so much for playing and getting both endings! I'm really glad you enjoyed it!

I love the concept behind this game! I never would've thought of atoms, but it's such a clever play on the theme. And your mechanic works so well for a puzzle game. Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback! This means a lot to me!

No way! Finally someone made a better version of my game. Good take on the concept! This is significantly more fun when done as a puzzle game lmao. The puzzles were also super fun and intuitive to understand, good color coding and all, very easy to get right into the hang of it. Different mechanics were also handed out at a good pace. The only thing was that sometimes id just end up randomly clicking a bit to solve something cause the puzzles did get kinda hard to keep track of. but thats probably just a skill issue :p Anyways overall very well made game! sounds and visuals super nice and satisfying too.

Developer

Thank you so much for the feedback! I think we both ended up making the atomic spin idea in really unique directions. I wouldn't call mine a better version at all, just a different spin on the idea (pun absolutely intended). I'm really glad you enjoyed mine too. I tried to make the puzzles feel intuitive, so hearing that means a lot. Thanks for playing and for the kind words!
