Really nice and small game, it was quite enjoyable! I really liked the art and the cut scenes as well as the audio!

Though to be honest I felt that the game didn't really had any challenge maybe some obstacles like spikes or cave creatures to avoid could have been good additions. Also I didn't fully understand what I was meant to do, and I felt that I didn't really have a direction to dig towards too, or to go! I was also a little unsure of why I should spin the wheel, while I didn't understand that the boss would come after you if you abandon it for long enough, I personally never got to that point.

Overall though, I have to say it was a really good game. I can see that a lot of work and effort was put towards it! Great Job!

Thanks so much for the feedback! We're really happy to hear you enjoyed the game :D and we truly appreciate you pointing out the things that didn't quite feel like they fit the gameplay as well ^o^ We'll definitely keep your comments in mind! <3

That determined expression while they're looking for the exit! This game actually felt like it was a serious mission with serious potential consequences, while still being cute and fun. I do feel like you should run out of energy a bit sooner, I deliberately tried to lose on the second playthrough and it felt like it took a really long time for the lights to flicker. That said, overall I really enjoyed it!

Very cute, love the vibe. The mechanics are cool, alternating keys to make things spin. I just don't get what I'm supposed to do with the drilling. Do I have to drill the whole thing?

Developer

Find an exit randomly drilling >:3 and thanks for the feedback

Pretty cute! I like the concept and love the visuals. The digging felt disconnected to the energy storage, and it didn't really seem like I was going to run out of energy after charging up the battery. Maybe the lights in the tunnel could dim as the energy ran out.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! And actually, yes, the lights flicker when the power is about to run out~ We didn't want to dim them since we were limited to a very specific color palette, so we opted for flickering instead.

I didn't really care for the gameplay... it was kind of button mashy and I didn't get a good feel for where the challenge was. Is it even possible to lose? The concept was really cute though, and the presentation held up really well.

A game about an animal-like creature digging for the theme 'Spin to Win'? Who would do such a thing???

Seriously the art is so cool, I like the colour palette so so much. The rotation being WASD for resetting the drill was interesting, I never thought about representing rotation that way. Interesting!

At first I gave it a lower score, but changed later to 5/5 due to my son wanting to return and play this game over and over! Guess you did something right, haha :)

He actually dug up half the map and found multiple exits :)

Your message made us smile more than you can imagine :'3 We're so happy to hear he enjoyed it! Please give your son our regards from both of us!! (~o ̄3 ̄)~ <3

Really simple game but extremely cute art and animation! I could definitely see potential to build this even further, but even as it is it's a solid game and great entry.

Very awesome cute hamster game. Could've been cool if the owner repeatedly tried to check on you, but I escaped pretty fast so idk. Love the art, music, and style. Nice Job :D

Such adorable artwork! The colour palette is a lovely choice too. I'm a big pixel art enjoyer so this was a treat. The game was a delightful little adventure with a cute concept. The end screen is fantastic. Nice work <3

I made it out! Cute concept, was fun, easy to figure out, and quick enough but still complete enough to be a perfect little game jam game.
