The art is gorgeous! The trailing ribbon from the hat reminded me so much of Alto's Adventure.

Incredibly unique art style! Music is great too!

Really great visual style!!!!!

Really incredible visual style, and extremely unfortunate with all the bugs, I couldn't particularly get very far due to constant crashing. Would love to see this get worked on and fixed up, there's something great here!!

this has got to be one of my favorite art styles of the whole jam!!! excellent job and super polished game

As previous commenters have pointed out, the game looks amazing, and I'm in awe that you have managed to animate the character so well in such a short amount of time! The game mechanics are very creative too and it's a shame about some of the bugs present!

This game's art and color scheme is very unique, and the concept of the game fits it perfectly too!

There are a few crashes, namely on level one if you die to the spikes the game spits out an error and if you fall on level 5 you just fall forever without respawning (don't know if other levels have it too). With that being said though, this game looks really polished! The animations of Lola are gorgeous though I do wish the other obstacles were animated too (but I understand how that would be hell on earth to do in 4 days)

Besides that though the game has plenty of content for 4 days! Very good game its extremely pretty

Thanks a lot! Comments like this make it all worth it!

The art was amazing! And the concept is really solid, I could see a full puzzle platformer based around it. It's a shame about the level transition and level 2 not working, I also had some issues with crashes. But I managed to work around it, either way well done with this submission!!

the colour palette was breathtaking! the movement animation was also really well done! i didn't get to play too much due to constant crashing but you mentioned there was some issues around that! i just wanted to join what everyone's saying and really compliment the art direction :)

easily of the best artwork i've seen in this game jam! great work!

What gorgeous artwork!  The concept is really clever!

I think this is one of the best platformers currently on the jam.

The visuals are especially striking.

And the idea with the platforms and the counter is interesting.

It's a shame you encountered a bug!

Great Art Style and Music too. Remind me of POCO. But, i dont know what game is it. Maybe you can add more information about goal and control, it can increase Player FTUE. Yeah, for the art and music is absolutely great. Good Job

I love the aesthetic here. The combination of the art and music was great. The idea of platforms and objects doing different things on a count down was also really neat. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get too far because I had constant crashes,, sometimes when jumping and sometimes when hitting spikes. The hit boxes of the spikes also hit quite a bit higher than it looked like they would so that caught me off guard. That said, the game is really a visual treat so you all did a wonderful job with nailing the look and feel!

Very nice music.

Awesome stuff

Oh wow the art and music are both INCREDIBLE. You nailed the Dia de los Meurtos vibe and the hand painted character and platforms are so well done. Once I got past a few crashes the game worked beautifully!

A bit buggy(had to refresh a couple of times to even get the game to start), but I like the handcrafted feel of it. The art and music is great.

I'm not sure if it was an explciit game design intention, but I think the player NOT moving with the moving platforms is kind of a breakaway from traditional platformers that I don't think brings a benefit here.

Thanks so much for playing and for the kind words about the art and music!

Regarding the platforms, you actually found a bug! The player is intended to stick to moving platforms, so something definitely went wrong there under the hood. I agree it doesn't bring any benefit to play that way, haha. Thanks for the heads-up, We'll get this figured out and fixed up for the post-jam update!
