Big fan of this game. Super creative take on the theme!

The community aspect of this is wonderful. I really enjoy the click fingerprint too.

That is actually a really clever take on the prompt, and a neat community building concept. Also appreciate the messages and cooldowns in place to make sure the entire jam doesn’t get RSI :)

Everything is done so satisfyingly, the combos, the actual number going down live, the spinning wheel thing in the middle of the screen.

Also having the click fingerprint was such a great idea!

Im really curious about the execution here, as I'm sure its far from being an easy one to pull off!

Not sure if its a game though haha

Here's a post explaining the tech 😁 https://wayfarer-games.com/blog/one-button-mmo/

Agree about it's questionable game status, but people seem to be having fun and  it does have a goal, so maybe it counts!

Don't get me wrong ; I think it totally counts and jams are exactly for this type of community-based stuff :)

What the guy below me said basically ↓

Jokes aside, the music and clean interface makes everything so addictive! What is it about clicking that is just so fun?!

Submitted(+1)

Me: Oh, cool, this is fun...*sees there is a leaderboard* ...oh no.

Autoclicker time!!!

Submitted(+1)

I like this game. :) My fingies don't. :(

Submitted(+1)

Creative idea, very satisfying seeing your rank climb with every click.

Submitted(+1)

Everyone click the button together? What a great idea!

Submitted(+1)

Cool idea - this would have been a technical nightmare to implement for a jam so well done! Hopefully we get to 0 before the rating period ends (contributed 1000)!

beautiful concept and hacking tho

The top three are legit, I personally know one of them and I've done about as much pattern analysis on it as it is possible to do. They check out! There's a bunch of cheat detection;

This is such a vibe. I have no notes, it is perfectly implemented. Great job!

i have contributed my clicks

A simple (kinda, I'm under no illusions that networking is easy) concept executed really, really well! Love that there's a high score table that activated my latent competitiveness like a sleeper agent. Also that there's bonuses, a little message to make sure I know there are alternatives if my wrists can't take it, and enforced breaks. And, of course, that it brings the whole community together towards a common goal! I'm super curious how many times it'll hit 0 over the course of the rating period.

One thing I was wondering - what does the clickprint mean? Maybe I didn't look hard enough but I don't think it was explained anywhere!

Developer(+1)

It is just a visual readout of your clicking! It's a pretty picture that you make with clicks 😁 partly also a way to detect autoclickers

Submitted

Thanks for the explanation! It's so cool that you have a way to detect autoclickers, that didn't even occur to me as a problem but of course it would be one haha

Developer(+1)

I have several ways, and shadowban them so they don't know they have been detected and need to change their behaviour 😂
