How does your game fit the theme?
The player explores a dangerous underwater cave while their oxygen supply is constantly counting down. Every breath brings them closer to the end of the expedition, so they must decide how far to explore before returning to safety. Also The core diving gameplay requires managing an oxygen countdown, while the mini-games involving fish incorporate a countdown with a strong sense of rhythm.

Really cool entry. The diving sections were well done and the upgrade system futhered that. The only feedback I have is that the filet-ing station takes a very long time when you catch a lot of fish at once. That and the music for the station cuts off after a little. Great game!

I LOVE the art and graphics of this game! The core loop reminded me a lot of Dave the Diver. I also liked how the mini game incorporated more of the countdown theme.

i like the art style and the creativity it is a good game

Charming art style and game. Even though I find underwater games scary (< that's a me thing). I think this game would benefit from a downlaodable version, to play the game in full screen and also for better performance. Also I like the dialogue portraits being bouncy.

Nice entry! Good use of the theme, could definitely see it expanded into a bigger game!

Really nice game, controls felt a bit clunky, would have been nice to have a harpoon animation for the fish catching. Little bit of z-fighting in the cabin as well. I can see this being a very cozy incremental game.

I would swap the fish cleaning to be a swing meter with clear red and green area for the cut prompt cos at the moment it looks like you get ruined state with little indication what went wrong.

I think this is the foundations to a really great game. There's definitely some tweaks to be made like being clearer to the player about certain elements of the game (the objective, what happens if you don't end the dive and what is in chests) but you're definitely onto something here!

"You must be the new diver. The last one drowned." Classic opening line. 👌 I really liked just swimming around and exploring, it was very easy to get sucked into chasing fish and almost lose track of oxygen. I would play a full version of this, with smoother controls, improved graphics, chill music, etc. I like that you put the controls right on the playscreen, good idea for a jam game.

A really charming game! The camera felt a little awkward in a few moments, but overall the gameplay was really enjoyable. I also want to mention how well-designed the cave :)

A surprisingly pleasant game. I honestly expected less, but the underwater cave environment was much better realized than I anticipated. Swimming around, catching fish, and exploring the 3D locations felt atmospheric, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable.

I played for around 10–15 minutes, bought a bomb, purchased a few upgrades, and reached the second area. I especially liked how the music became more tense there—it made the exploration feel slightly unsettling in a good way.

My main issue was the progression balance. Fish did not seem to provide enough money compared to the cost of upgrades, so accessing more content required more grinding than I was ready to do during a jam. I also couldn’t properly explore the second area because I didn’t have enough air, and reaching the necessary upgrades would have taken quite a while. The camera also felt a little unusual and could perhaps use some refinement.

Aside from that, the game is charming, visually appealing, and very atmospheric. The 3D models are especially cute, and the overall experience fits the jam theme well.

Surprisingly addictive, I kept diving long after I knew I saw everything in the game

Great prototype, I see potentials for this to be a really fun and enjoyable indie game.

I've seen a lot of takes on the theme, but this is the first to include diving, so that's cool.

So many features for a jam! Good job! I like that you have multiple instances of countdowns

(edit: as a subnautica fan I approve of the fish catching)

I thought this was a super fun concept. Diving was so atmosphereic. I could chill down there for hours. Great work!
