How does your game fit the theme?
The Count (vampire) is feeling down! (sad). Also the various platformer mechanics use countdown timers.

The visuals are adorable!! The gameplay mechanic looks really fun and cool :3
Loved the play on words for the name heheheh. The artwork is super cute I love the little eye squeeze the character does every time we jump and I loved how the little bat was breaking the fourth wall!
nice, the perfect difficulty for me!
The characters look great and I liked the navigation puzzles. The momentum based jumps are a neat idea but there were a few times where I would loose all momentum when just barely bumping a corner. With a bit more time to expand on the mechanics and refine the movement I can see myself really liking this. Keep up the good work!
Love the character art and all the little props! The mechanic is also really creative. I love when a simple mechanic like this completely changes the way you move through the game.
It felt a little clunky at times because the bat would sometimes drop me immediately, even though I was still holding the key. I would’ve loved to reach the end, but that issue made it pretty difficult. I also missed having some music to accompany the player, jaja.
Other than that, great job!
Cool mechanics! Great job!
This may be a difficult one, but the design choice of the character movement is admirable. Most level designs are also nice.
I loved loved loved this game!!! Such an interesting mechanic that was fun to play around with, not to mention clever incorporation of countdowns in different aspects of the gameplay. I also adored the art, the interactions between the count and the bat are very adorable n_n
Always love being tasked with commitment and maximal use of a limited moveset. Really admire the amount of level variety you incorporated, doubly so that some had multiple solutions. I think it would feel a smidge better if the jump's horizontal distance was consistent; seems that jump distance is tied to initial momentum so you can wind up with a stunted jump if you press just as you start moving. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed planning out trajectories and stalling with the bat. Very good stuff!
Really, really, really loved this. It is rare to see games these days with much commitment put into pressing the jump button. Adorable artstyle (although some text was giving me like 2/7 instead of a ' at times and unsure if that was intentional or not, maybe whatever font you are using doesn't support those characters?) The use of timers was a nice touch both for the theme and for putting pressure to make it harder to spend time lining up the perfect jump. Do like the walk modifier button that changes your jump angle/speed and that like bat jump thing I have never seen in a singleplayer enviorment. Do love the tech of cancelling your jump momentum instantly with the bat which has uses to skip the countdowns starting in a level or two. My brain struggled a little with the bat input cause it felt like a press and hold input to me, not a press to start and press to end early.
Pretty cool platforming mechanic. Unfortunately the bat was immediately dropping me about half of the time so it made progression much harder, especially for levels with multiple precise jumps.
Cool game, cool mechanic. If the buttons are pressed, it registers it agian and cancel at the moment. That can be toggled maybe. Overall I really enjoyed it.
really like the mechanics in this game, great job!
Really interesting concept!
