This is the first game in the jam I'm giving full marks on everything! Let me break it down: the graphics are lovely, the music and sfx are pro-tier, the puzzles and the idea behind them are original, and it's incredibly creative, especially when you put all of those things together. I went and almost gave 4 stars for Narrative but then I remembered the lovely storybook-like excerpts and gave that full marks too, lol!

I'm stuck on level 5, that might be because I'm stupid. 🙂 It took me a couple of minutes to figure out that to rewind your steps you have to select the step you want, move down, and then press space; for me, it would have worked better if you just select the step and then press space without needing to move down to confirm. I like the art. It's simple but very cute, has a good palette, very cohesive. The music is also good, just really pleasant to listen to, I like all the pauses in it.

this is a very clever puzzle game. i quit on level 4 because it was unclear how i was supposed to move the bomb on the 'walk back'. this suggestion is a little late in teh jam but your instructions say 'WASD or Arrow keys to move' but gives no mention or indication on how to 'submit' what step you want to backtrack to, it was only after clicking around and spamming my keys did i realize  that in select what steps to backtrack you press S then ENTER to submit. great music btw.

Thanks, i’ll add further indications in the description for the menu.

Very creative puzzle game! The art and music are really good as well.

Great art and atmosphere. The later puzzles are a bit challenging, but they are still really fun.

Loved this puzzle game! It was a tough challenge that really made me think. Great puzzles and a fun experience. Nice work!

My favorite game so far! I enjoyed it very much! Very creative idea for a puzzle game.

Very interesting mechanic with blocking your own movement from the past (future?). But I'm not sure I understood it fully because I wasn't able to get past level 4.

The art and sounds are very nice and work great together!

Very cute retro style, the poems in the beginning really leans to the vibe of the game

This is a great game! The story in it is also great, and I love the retro art style. Great job!

Such a great game, good job! Only thing: for some reason, after I moved the volume slider, I could not do anything and had to restart the game.

Oops! Yeah i overlooked that… Thanks!

I like the puzzle design a lot. Clever use of the theme as resource is steps you can take that count down. I like how the bombs and the stars can interact with that and give you back that resource in interesting ways.

The difficulty curve was quite steep but because they were well designed it was doable. Cool art and very unique mechanics!

So good! I couldn't beat the last level, but I loved everything here. The puzzles were clever and the music was soothing.

Such cool puzzles and very nice aesthetics, calm music, nice sounds and visual. How do you even come up with puzzles like these, they are quite difficult and very clever. For a jam game this feels very nice and polished, good job!

Clever little sokoban-like! The art is simple but clean and affective, and the mechanics are a little unintuitive to begin with but make more sense as it goes. I found it a little difficult to understand exactly what would happen when I rewound time, because I was not able to see where bombs would be in the past, for example. That meant that picking exactly which step to rewind to felt a little like trial-and-error. Ultimately though, I had fun with it, great entry :)

This one has me hooked; set some more levels in an app store and I’ll throw some money at you 😃 At lot of rewind games end up feeling like guess-and-check to me, but this one’s very fair and a good difficulty. I burned some time having to experiment to learn how bombs and water work, so a help page might help accessibility - but on the other hand it’s a puzzle game, and figuring is the point.

Super Chill. A little too much for my brain to handle but I like how you create different uses for mechanics. Solid work.

Really cool game! I really liked the vibes.
