How does your game fit the theme?
In Pogo Drop the objective is to keep going "down" each floor and collected numbered tiles for points to increase your score. The numbers also count down so you have to be quick!

Very polished game with nice visuals! It's very satisfying to time your spaces perfect, and well just about everything you do is very satisfying lol.

Really enjoyed this one. Great job :D

This game kept me playing for quite a while. Great job! I had a lot of fun with it.

You're the developer, so you know what fits your game best, but I had one small idea. Since hitting the number tiles perfectly rewards you with a higher score, I think it would be cool if the special tiles worked similarly. For example, hitting a time tile perfectly could give a little extra time compared to a normal hit. I think that would make those tiles even more satisfying to interact with.

Overall, I really enjoyed it. Nice work!

This was a fun little game. Simple concept but executed pretty well. I like the visuals and the sound design; it felt pretty polished all around. Very solid game. Good job! :)

A very cool little arcade-y game! My only qualm is that I clicked away from the end screen/leaderboard screen as soon as my run ended, haha

Developer

Thank you for playing and I'm so sorry! Did not know you could dismiss it like that, I'll see about fixing that after the review period is up.

Very interesting gameplay. Everything was a bit confusing a first but once I understood how to play the game was very fun. The visuals look very polish.

Sadly the leaderboard seems to be broken right now :(

Developer

Thanks so much for playing and, yes, the leaderboard I will fix up as soon as the review period is over, I was sad that didn't work.

Great game. I do wish the description was on the actual page, and not inside the game with a bouncing animation behind being distracting. Other than that, I've got nothing to say

Developer

Thank you for playing and glad you enjoyed! Yes sorry about that, I'll add the how to play guide when I get some more time, I ran out as one does :)

Very fun to play and very addicting ^^ I think it’s very nice how you introduce new mechanics while slowing down the game ^^ the explanations felt less interruptive to me because of that ^

Developer

Thank you so much!! I'm glad? that you got addicted haha

Very creative concept, it would work very well as a mobile game!

Developer

Thank you! It should work on mobile web, but the controls need some love.

Wow, this was really good! It's crazy how well polished everything felt, and the gameplay loop was super solid. I really liked how the music sped up and slowed down depending on the timer (and whether you got extra time pickups).

On a side note, the UI (which looked great btw) seemed really similar to another game I played yesterday involving arithmetic games. I'll link it here in case you want to check it out!  /jam/gmtk-jam-2026/rate/4825978

Developer

Thank you so much! I appreciate your recommendation, I will check it out

cool mechanics

Developer

Thank you!!

This one is very fun! Super unique idea and pretty addicting gameplay! My one suggestion is that dropping down onto the numbers seemed to lack "the sauce". It was super close to being extremely satisfying, but something didn't quite hit right. Not very actionable feedback, but at this point, I had to be nitpicky. Super well done overall!

Developer

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the feedback and I will continue to polish it!!

The pogo drop time matches the theme really well, addicting game loop. It's interesting to have the target tile marked, made the drop seem like mostly a visual flair?

Developer

Thank you so much!! So the target tile was something I struggled with how to reconcile with the movement. In the end I decided to nearly guarantee landing on that tile, but it's actually not guaranteed. I felt like making that easier would help the player deal with the cognitive load of the larger grids on lower levels. How would you approach it?

Submitted(+1)

have much fun playing the game, it would be a masterpiece if the music provides stronger rhythm for pogo

Developer

Thank you so much!! Glad you had fun. Do you mean that the music should be more synchronized with the pogo movement? I did consider this but wasn't sure how to deal with jump length variation. Do you have any ideas? Or, did you mean something else?

Submitted

yeah, you got me. i knew that some genres like prog metal or dubstep switch between multiple rhythms within a single track, and they match the concept of pogo very much

very addicting, love it

moving down a level lags quite a it

Developer

Thank you so much! Ah that's unfortunate, I'll have to optimize a bit more .. what device are you playing on?

Submitted

actually a pretty beefy self-build desktop PC but in a Firefox browser.
I think you can preload the next level in the background so you only have to activate it once the player progresses. Important part is that it does not load everything in one frame. You could also try and reuse existing tiles but that is a common cause for bugs.

This is the most fun I've had with a jam game in a while! Really impressive game with an amazing yet simple concept, I hope you continue working on this because I think it could be a banger!

Developer

Thank you so much! I plan on continuing it yes, if you have any ideas please let me know :)

I also really enjoyed your game!

This has a unique art style that I really enjoyed. Actually the neon/cybernetic kind of vibe is what I was trying to get for my game, but you got that down better!

Really enjoyed it. I've come back to it multiple times today and I am actually getting better lol. Can't connect to the leaderboard though, just my local one works, but I'll continue bumping my score up!

Developer

Ah I could see that for your game!! Thanks so much for playing and, yes, the leaderboard I will fix up as soon as the review period is over, I was sad that didn't work.

Submitted(+1)

OMG the feeling of falling down to the next floor felt fascinating! Beautiful visuals and unique idea tied with polished implementation :) Also the numbers counting down made it much more fit to the jam's theme

Developer

Thank you so much! I am glad you liked that transition :)

Submitted(+1)

Unique idea and fun to play, i think the camera roll/pitch was a tad too aggressive though and made it a bit harder to follow where i was dropping next than I would have liked. Seems like it could get addictive to play though in the right headspace :)

Developer

Thank you for playing and your feedback! To clarify, you would appreciate if the camera was more bird's eye?

Submitted(+1)

yeah just a bit, i think the tilting that happens is just a bit too strong, perhaps reducing it by about 25% would be all it would take honestly... it could also just be a "me" thing idk

Submitted(+1)

An amazing and incredibly unique idea, everything is counting down, the numers, the pogo, my life, my savings, my payments, EVERYTHING! Such a fun game, wish my score saved to the leaderboard </3

Developer(+1)

Haha stay tuned! I'll fix up the leaderboard after the review period. Thank you for playing <3

crazy idea!! how did I not think of this? every aspect of the game is top-notch
Great job making this in only 4 days! Well done

Developer
