Really glad I tested this at the end ! It's really fun and deserves some great ratings.
Sheesh, I’m impressed at your speed! Thank you for playing and for the kind words!
Very funny game, both in its gameplay and all the little jokes spread around. It was a bit counterintuitive at first to use right click to drag things instead of left click but you get used to it. I had a lot of fun and I hate my coworkers
Super happy that you enjoyed all the jokes! Controls were definitely the biggest criticism, which we will most likely address with an interactive tutorial in a post-jam patch.
Thanks for playing!
Crazy thing is that our wife is boss but tortures us with this job. Absolutely love the idea & how it is done. My only issue was, on day one, i clicked on telephone and it was bugged, i couldn't switch back to the table area, also controls were a bit odd too. But once i got the figured out which control does what, the game flowed smoothly. 5/5!
you type numbers on the phone to get off. Thanks for playing!
Very good game. Very hectic game. Very bomb game.
The first few days I thought my feedback would be that there's not enough going on and it was a little too slow, that may be true for the earlier days, but my goodness... I wasn't able to get through day 5. The best I got was less than an hour left on one of my attempts, but I never got closer. The simon says bombs were the biggest killer for me.
The artstyle is super charming and funny, I love the coworker and boss sprites especially. The sounds did a good job informing you what needs to be done, and the music being a remix of the "You've Got Mail" sound was funny to realize.
I clicked on the phone once on day 1 and didn't realize you were supposed to type in a number, so I was just stuck and had to restart until I had to figure it out later. Maybe some text there that says "Input Number" would be nice, or at least being able to cancel out of it by clicking elsewhere.
10/10. Would never work here again.
We at Bomb Co.™ are so happy you enjoyed working and enjoyed our complementary work-related audio content.
(Seriously, though, thank you so much for playing and leaving feedback!)
Excellent game. Couldn't stop playing. "You've got mail" is still ringing in my head. Love it!
Super chaotic and stressful... and I love it! :D
I (THE NEW GUY) was fired couple of times. Had to clean up my trash xD
Fun game, congrats on the entry! <3
Ooh, the game really good at making difficulty harder with each level, and the sound are good at showing it. Killing flies is so funny.
I really like the "sensation" interactivity, like interacting with multiple mouse buttons. Printing emails was my favorite thing to do - my poor keyboard tho :")
Thank you so much! I’m happy the difficulty curve felt fair!
gosh this ticks all the right boxes for me, perfect idea perfect execution, I think everything in this game is well thought out and the chaotic stress of having to do everything all at once is actually made fun thanks to the difficulty progression and the stylistic fluff around it (love the visual artstyle especially)
admittedly it took me a while to understand you had to click on the calendar days, and also when I clicked on the phone the first time I didn't know what it was for and I thought I had soft locked myself... oops
but apart from that it's a phenomenal entry, congrats yall!
Loved the idea and the execution, really made me divide my attention among multiple things at once. I also hate the flies (not that they're not a good feature, I just hate them).
I really love the art of the game, it's so silly yet it plays so good on the type of game. I also like the silly humor of working for a bomb company, but ngl the first round I did not know why I lost, but once I understood I kept playing for a good while. Amazing job!
What a clever, awesome game. So much potential as well. You all did a brilliant job on it! Huge shoutout to waffi who stayed on the stream to have it played at the very end. I'll be back to beat day 5!
This game has so much charm. The visual style, the rotoscoping, the audio bytes, all phenomenal. The gameplay is so chaotic and fun, and challenging but fair. Trying to figure out some of the new bombs can be a bit confusing, but it is really fun overall.
Absolutely love the art! Great job, cool game!
Fun Game!
Great Work!
Clever idea. An "office busywork simulator" with a dark twist. Great music and solid SFX, too.
The main issue is that it can be very fiddly knowing what to interact with and how. E.g., the pen spawned under some other things on my desk and I didn't know it was a pen, and had trouble figuring out how to sign the paperwork until I tried it a couple of times.
After I finished the first day, it says I was promoted, but when I clicked on the area it just brought me back to the title screen.
You can click back on the calender to see youve unlocked a new day! Please tell me what you think if you return
Alright! I tried it again.
It gets soooo frantic!!! I got to Day 5, but couldn't quite beat it.
Brilliant little game.
The best game I played so far. A little difficult to understand what you should do first but wwhen you understand it becomes really cool.
This looks like the kind of jobs that has a permanent "0 days since the last accident"
BombCo.™ management will not disclose how often accidents occur unless forcibly required to by law officials
incredibly charming artstyle that really captures the hectic and scrappy nature of a shitty workplace. I got fired immediately when asking for a raise, 10/10 would recommend.
A fantastic idea! I especially liked that the boss, like John Jameson from Spider-Man, constantly demands papers by the evening. :D
The only problem I had was that when I clicked on the phone, it froze.
Overall, it's a fun game to play!
This was really well done, I love these spinning plates types games, and the idea of somebody throwing a bomb on your desk with a minute on the timer and telling you to deal with it is hilarious!
My only criticism is that I wanted it to get a bit more frantic sooner! Day's 1-4 were pretty cruisey, and then Day 5 laid it on thick and I failed by telling the boss to do close up magic :D
