How does your game fit the theme?
We tackled the 'countdown' theme by creating a race against the Mayan doomsday clock, where feeding the gods is the only way to delay the inevitable.

Great game! It's frantic and it makes sense and it rewards thinking ahead. Too difficult for me to get past the obsidian though.
It could help to make it more clear where the villagers are at any given time. It became confusing trying to keep track of everything I needed and everything I was producing at once.
This was super addicting. I really liked this. I didnt know how to do the blood sacrifice? I thought I would just have to offer up a worker. I must've missed a reading somewhere when playing and trying to manage my time correctly. Overall I really enjoyed this. Great use of theme. Great art. Great audio. Over all a 5/5 in every category for me.
This is the most stressful game I've played so far in the jam. It was incredibly stressful, but wow, was it good.
I really loved the core gameplay. You have to manage your villagers' placement down to the very second. It reminded me a bit of Age of Empires 4, where the placement of every villager and how many you assign to each resource is crucial.
You can't overproduce, but you also have to make sure you're producing enough.
Incredible game, would do Chaac and Kukulkan proud! Believe it or not, our game is also inspired by the Mayan Calendar and the game Tzolk'in, even if we do take it in a bit of a different direction! I had a lot of playing your game, it reminds me a lot of Stacklands!
Thank you very much for such a sincere feedback!
All 4 days, we invested in the game, our artists studied photos and articles about Mayan tribes, our team is pleased to read such reviews as yours🫵
Would you recommend our game to your friends? so that as many people as possible know about us and the game gets a full release!
Gosh those gods are needy >_<
Great game, beautiful art!
Pretty fun game! I wouldn't have thought a hectic worker-placement game was possible, but it came together well. It would be nice if there was a way to drag multiple resources at once -- at some points the hardest part of the game was how quickly I could move the mouse :)
Hello! We are glad that you liked our game, it is important for us to receive feedback from players! Yes, indeed you are not the first person who talks about the set of several cards in the hand at once, we had such an idea at the development stage, to give after a certain era such an opportunity to the player on the simplest resources such as water and wood, but unfortunately we realized this late and did not dare to introduce such mechanics on the 3rd day of development because it requires serious balance and study to avoid bugs, easy passage. But in the later versions of the game, if many people will wait for it, we will definitely add it!
Tell me, would you recommend our game to your friends?
Thank you for your time in our game, it's important for us! :)
Very much enjoyed the theme and idea. Did not like the card mechanic for resources. Maybe I missed it, but I would also like to see how many workers are on a resource node
Hello! You probably didn't notice that near the resources required to produce what you need, there are numbers like 0/3 on the left, you can load three workers and then 3/3 is the number of workers in the node. It's okay, it happens, I hope it didn't spoil the impression of our game :)
Thx for you comment!
Huge fan of this game, it reminds me of this civilization flash game i used to play except infinitely more tense. I only wish there was a way to move multiple cards around, especially once the numbers got larger. I'm a huge fan, great job!
