How does your game fit the theme?
The premise was a pun from the beginning: a team-up between “Count” Dracula and a baby duck (whose feathers are called “down”). But I couldn’t find vampire sprites in the style that I wanted, so I had to change tactics. The main mechanic of the timer ticking down also plays to the theme.

I clicked on the thumbnail for the duck, but stayed for the monster :)
well i did not see that coming! the duck is super cute, and the music is fun how it transitions along side the character. good job!
I was not expecting that plot twist, doubt the villagers expected it either
Quack.
Fun and very unexpected. The countdown timer UI is very big and sort of gets in the way at times. I think you could move it to a corner (and possibly make it a little transparent) so it's not so in your face.
What a fun little game! Loving the idea of herding people together by being a cute little duck and then ravaging them mercilessly!
I didn't read the description before playing, so I was very much caught off guard when the swap happened. Very fun idea!
Hilarious plot twist. I was spamming the quack button and suddenly just shredded my 3 old followers.
Really funny, cute graphics and nice polish on things like the quack speechbubble and the countdown timer.
OMD great work. Very polished and very fun- You should have mpre ratings.
It's a cute game.
I like the friendly duckling. The visuals are pleasant.
And the transitions even made me smile.
I thought it was missing some challenges like levels.
The original plan was WAY more complicated than I had time for. Originally it was going to alternate between a duck and Dracula, and there would be different rules for each (duck could swim in water, Dracula couldn’t go in sunlight). The idea would be to lure NPCs out of the areas Dracula couldn’t go. If too many NPCs got nervous, it would summon guards who would actually be able to attack you. The NPC state system was also going to have many more possible states/emotes. Ultimately due to a number of factors I decided the best option was to scope down to a kind of sandbox-y version of the original idea. Maybe for the best—it seems quite a few people also had the Dracula idea!
Fun little game...but I broke my spacebar playing it XD
