Played this first thing after waking up this morning - seemed appropriate!
Nice art style, smooth gameplay, and some juicy feedback when you take damage. Nice job!

How does your game fit the theme?
Let's be honest, the most terrifying Count Down in human existence isn't a ticking time bomb—it's your 7:00 AM alarm clock. We took the theme literally. You are locked in a frantic, life-or-death struggle against time itself... mostly because your bed is warm, the floor is cold, and your clock is actively out to ruin your life. Every wave you defeat is essentially you violently mashing the snooze button, desperately fighting to reset that cursed timer and claw back exactly 5 more minutes of glorious sleep!

A nice little shooter it was fun to play.
I’m just wondering what the furniture was for. Was it just meant to provide cover?
FIrst of all thanks for playing and glad you liked it. Originally I put those furniture to get you a cover but later I realize if the furnitures are not breakable it will block the player as well as the enemy thats why I later made it breakable. And putting furniture in the first place is for as you are sleeping the furnitures are falling from above in the dream.
Cool bite sized game, we need more of these honestly, there are too many long games in this jam somehow...
Really good for a quick game! The fact that you have to look for your time to run out and snooze is a really creative way of saying “Not now, I want to sleep more”! Fits the whole vibe of the game! Great job!
Took me sometime but finally won the game !!! It was pretty fun to play I'd love if you develop more of this levels and maybe one with an endless loop ! Great work ! I'd love if you check out my game too !
Entertaining game! It feels complete and polished. I also liked the choice of enemies design, they looked fun!
Really great game, I had fun shooting the enemies and the JUICE was there too!
Game is very well done, and is visibly well polished. Also, relatable :P
Like others have said, really great polish! Even just shooting at nothing is really satisfying! I like the concept of trying to keep snoozing too! Overall, I think you could implement some unique way to incorporate the snooze mechanic more into the core gameplay! Right now, it's just shooting enemies until the timer keeps hitting zero so that you can keep snoozing, but what if there was some sort of benefit to not snoozing? Maybe by purposefully staying awake, different effects could happen, like harder enemies could spawn but you get a temporary buff, stuff like that. This would also mean making the snooze button more difficult to reach, like maybe it's trapped inside a block that you must break before hitting the snooze button, then you have to deal with that and also other incoming enemies. But anyway, there's lots of cool stuff you could do with the mechanics you have in place!
I also wished there was some more visual feedback whenever you took damage. It was quite difficult to tell, and it looked like there was very little or no invisibility frames, so having some of that forgiveness and visual feedback would be helpful.
Otherwise, fun game! Keep at it!
Damn thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it also thanks for playing and glad you liked it :) I will surely take all things into consideration. And for the damage taking part I thought that keeping a little camera shake and a little scale visual feedback was my mistake if you notice the face also changes when you take damage. And your idea is very interesting I will surely try to expand it in future.
This game has some incredible polish! Everything felt and looked really nice, with object dropping in from the sky and the animations enemies made when getting hit. It definitely started getting intense near the end! Great work with your game!
The game is very good, I like how polished it is, and how interactive the main menu is. I would play more, after completing the game I played again just for the juice of it. The art style is great I love it. The quit button is funny! Good job.
The art looks great, but the gameplay, while not bad, feels a bit too easy as I was able to win the game hitless. I do appreciate the enemy variety and the difficulty ramping up smoothly with each wave, though the furniture at the end felt more like it made things easier than harder due to blocking enemies.
I successfully snoozed 5 times is the story of my life ngl. Fun top down shooter, with the topic being waved into the game on a meta-level. Gameplay felt very polished and the art is simple but cool. Good job!
Solid entry. The gameplay felt very polished. I was missing a few other things thought :(
Like progression or a goal. I mean I get that you're trying to hit the snooze but I guess it didn't really work for me because being able to move kind of broke the immersion for me. "Why can I move when I'm actually trying to sleep?" and so on.
The shooting enemy hat a bit too good aim in my opinion but that increased the challenge so that's alright.
Cool top down shooter. I think we can all sympathise with the character. Juice was good. Great sound effects. Not sure why the enemies were emoticons, but ok. Didn't notice any music.
Haha thank you! Appreciate you playing. Ah, those emoticons aren't random—those are actually your friends trying to aggressively wake you up from your dream, which honestly makes it a true betrayal and honestly, you might be right about the silence—the sheer raw tension of hearing nothing while your friends try to drag you out of bed kind of adds to the morning horror. But absolutely I understand where this is coming from If I continue this game I will surely explain. Also thank you for the feedback :}
