I love the game countdown, seeing it somehow adapted to a card game is awesome! Really enjoyed the bosses (except the "invulnerable" stage, everybody hates those), the music and the power ups. So satisfying to play, and I'm sure I didn't even get to start working on more complex strategies. Great game!
Thank you!! If you're talking about the indivisible state the Molten Number gets into after a heal, it's unfortunately a bug. Sorry for the inconvenience it caused. It will be fixed soon!
super creative idea!!!
Very good maths based entry, took my brain a while playing late at night. Well made, well done!
This was really well done. It's always interesting to see the creative math games people will come up with. The visuals are really good and the music is super epic. Some of the boss effects are unclear, but once you figure it out it's very interesting. The deck building was also really fun with the strategies and all the synergies with special cards.
Great job!
Really satisfying polish here. Only managed to get to stage 20, but still had a blast!
Really fun and really polished! This is honestly one of the best games I played this jam: music, visuals, game design all on point, no notes. Thank you for the game!
A deck building game in 4 days is crazy work
Really fun when you get the hang of it
VERY fun game. One of the most fun I've played so far from this jam! VERY creative interpretation of the theme as well. I was super happy to see there's music and that there's even music for the boss fights. I should also add that the boss fights fit the theme even more since other than counting down, you also have an actual countdown for taking damage. Awesome job on this, have literally 0 complaints!
Great game concept and surprisingly a lot deeper than you'd expect at first glance. The "presentation" is wild which is funny to say for a game that looks this simple but you get what I mean if you played it. I'm not very fast with math myself so I feel I waste a little too long doing calculations in my head, having a preview of the resulting number by hovering on your cards would be a great feature to help a little bit with that issue. Also the shield mechanic of the boss is poorly conveyed, but everything else is solid and a very cool experience.

Absolute banger of a game
This immediately has that roguelike juice, despite the core gameplay being relatively simple, the simplicity is exactly what makes it cool and expandable, though I'm not good with math, that I just kinda try my divides immediately lol
this jam has shown me mathrogues are a thing and they could be a pretty big new hit potentially, this one definitely!
Thank you so much for playing! Mathrogue sounds like a great genre name tbh
Numbers should NOT have this much aura.
I DID watch this game on stream, so I was already familiar with the mechanics, but playing it myself was such a treat! I actually really enjoyed the deckbuilding aspect of it (division RULES). It really made me think, "How can I balance this out so that I can dissect any number?" I still don't understand why anyone would pick the multiplication card, though. Those numbers are ALREADY big and scary enough for me.
Overall, really cool game! You guys really did the impossible with this one... you made math fun
Thank you!! Well Id say they should have even MORE aura!
Technically multiplication does have a place while fighting the molten number boss but you are right on the fact that it should have more relevance with the core mechanics.
Simple and addicting! As a math person, I love the gameplay. Made me a bit better at recognizing multiples of 7. Idea and art aren't anything too fancy, but they work really well. Bossfights are creative, even though there are only two. The special cards are really cool and fun to use as well!
I actually couldn't find the special cards tab in the shop for the first few rounds though, so I do wish that would have been just a bit clearer. And some of the descriptions of the boss reward cards are a little confusing. But overall really fun!
This got me so hooked in, it is reallyy cool, pretty unique take on the theme as well !
Very Replayable Game, would play on my phone in my spare time.
Very nice animations aswell, it has that JUICE.
Fun gameplay loop, but there aren't a lot of planning and interesting choices during the shop phase. It brcomes mostly calculstions after a few rounds. But it'is understandable for a jam game.
Very polished. Great visuals and sound. Nice theme interpratation.
Clever little game, countdown the card game! I think we discussed feedback well on stream :)
Thank you for the feedback and thank you for playing on stream!!
Really enjoy the juice in this game! Some bits here and there aren’t obvious, but the base mechanic is super clear: Get the number to zero or as close as you can. Well done!
I don't understand why I couldnt move for about 30 min... oh yes, I was hyptonized...
