I'm a sucker for cold setting with a freeze mechanic. The Yaks ARE a genius move from my pov. giving the players a "distraction" and something cute takes away the stress of facing the harsh bitter cold and the frost serpent cult. can't wait to run this in my table!
Amazing art, layout and very clear readability with very evocative writing. Really like the setup with mysteries, the survival aspect and the danger of the town's fuel supply running out. The clear headings for each section make it super easy to read, and it's great that the locations have interlinking objectives and different ways built-in to solve them. Awesome work! ❄️
Love the art and the layout, it reminds me of the Night King from Game of Thrones. I absolutely love the warmth and the freezing mechanic as it's enhance the immersion to be in such a cold place. Also love the art of the magic item, that's a beautiful spear.
By far my favorite entry so far! The art and design here is breathtaking, and the concept of aliens murdering gods as a prelude to invasion was really cool. Lots of very clever flourishes; especially how NPCs are handled.
Gosh, this adventure is so cool and I think will be perfect for a short winter themed campaign. The warmth mechanic is so brilliant. Several interesting factions with Alien vessel included, and the Yaks !! Definitely one of my top favorites on this jam!
Love the art and design. The warmth mechanic is solid. Next time I'm looking for a winter adventure, this is on the top of the list!

Beautifully designed and can see a table of players being fully immersed in this adventure. Makes me want to throw some dice in the freezer just for this game.
My favorite map so far; amazing artwork. But the text is equally engaging. I love the setup, which is a seemingly impossible task for the players but essential to the area's survival. And the Warmth Points mechanic is clever.
This is great. I love dead god motif and the ship just hovering over this frozen place. Paints a great head picture. I find the different “demi gods” really evocative, I think I would really enjoy role-playing Nereth as a GM.
I love it when people take one idea and really hone it to shining perfection. The Warmth mechanic is a ludonarrative accomplishment not just in the context of this module because it's so adaptable and stealable. Is stealable even a word? Idek. I'm Indonesian. I hope I kinda english
The art is gorgeous and I love the challenge of having to carry the giant hammer while freezing your ass off! 🥶🔨
I can't add much that hasn't been said. Beautiful visuals tied together in a clear layout. Very imaginative use of the title. Oh, and the warmth mechanic is going in my toolbox, sue me!
been said plenty before in this thread but im a sucker for warmth mechanics. really grabs players by the lapels and thrusts them into your setting (along with the prose, of course.)
also worth noting that not only is the map layout here very well designed, but its done with a sort of confident ease that i aspire to. everything clicks into place seamlessly
Really cool idea for an adventure. Really dig the Warmth mechanic.
Efficient, jam-packed little module. Each location is evocative and involves choice and I think the warmth mechanic ties them together in a clever way, brings gameable continuity. I think the spaceship at the end is extremely sci-fantasy and 100% lands for me. I only wish that traversing the ship was more encouraged, because as it stands the party has little reason to go there but curiosity, and I think it’s your best set-piece.
To me, this is a successful module in every way, and if you ever wanted to expand it after the jam, I think there’s rich ground for you to do so. <3
