Delightfully beautiful presentation! I loved the little touches that brought everything to life; the script on the letter, the aged bloodstains, the blueprints as map- very well done nailing the Faustian vibes. Also a fan of the writing, and the extraordinarily slim chance that the adventure does not end in tragedy for Magnolia.

Delightful and very well thought, with a grafic design on par to the best of our hobby.  A joy to the eyes! Gameplay is nothing exeptional, but with such an overload of pure flavour even a minor quest will work great.  You can see author's care and love in every place!

Oh my, that layout is really something! Reminds me of the layout of some games such as Delta Green. That gives it a really strong mystery vibe, that's the kind of adventure I'd love to have nice handouts for to really share that ambience with the players. The writing itself is also very nice. Great work!

Really nice. The layout, the writing, the premise - so much care and thought has gone into this and it really sings. An immersive experience and a tightly wound machine of a scenario.

It hooked me right from the beginning. It’s very charming and the premise makes you invested. I really love the layout and how natural/immersive it is. Cant’t wait to read more of your works!

Very cool design, I love the use of textures to make it feel like you are reading tattered scraps. Spooky and very well written. 

I love this kind of theme, the layout is really thematic and I love the floorplan map, it's simple but emphasize the theme. Lastly, the handout that is given to players, the letter is absolute chef's kiss. 

Really love the design and layout.  Gave me mystery escape rooms vibes and I love those. Not a fan of horror but still great little adventure. 

A module that makes you feel intelligent while reading it. I'm going to put it in my one-shot reserve in case of unforeseen circumstances in my current campaign. All those connections, those details, those touches of humor are delightful !

Very nice adventure! On theme with lots of little interconnections between elements and rooms. No notes!
